    was upgraded to small double from single. Good staff at check in, nice room,very clean, although stuffy.

    Very helpful as we had an early start so staff organized an earlier than normal breakfast

    Little noisy as being alongside main Victoria station but we needed easy access to Victoria coach station.

    very good value for money. was able to book in early, We arrived at 10 Oclock in the morning and was taken to your room.

    The eating area was to small for the amount of rooms you have at the hotel. We did not go for breakfast the 2nd morning went out to buy breakfast,

    "I would not advise anybody to go to room 603. Even if there is possibility, as I had. however nobody explained that although the room is avaliable early, it has a defect - is noisy as it is situated in a lower ground and it is in front of some sort of a machine that make constant noise, even when the window is closed) to check-in earlier. In general I was not happy with chceck-in service and after a great and a long discussion I was able to exchange the rooms, horrible experience and I do not wish anybody to go through it. I wonder if that was my case just because I am a foreigner, or if they treat the same way everybody else." (108366348)

    It is hard to find one.

    I found dark hair in my bed, my room was in front of the air condition machine, that made a constant noise even when the windows were closed. We had problems with changing the room. At 5 in the morning 3 young, drunk boys entered my room and I was wondering how is it possible that everybody can get access to your room.

    Plain and simple a good hotel, very close to Victoria, so excellant as was travelling by coach. Nice clean room with plenty of space. WiFi Access.

    Poor experiance booking with by on-line agency, with passing wrong card info and caused booking to fail. However local staff at hotel prooved helpful and rectified the problem after I contacted the hotel and explained directly.

    The room and bathroom were clean and everything worked.

    Incredibly SMALL bathroom. The sloping roof made it almost impossible to use the coffee/tea set-up; I kept hitting my head on the ceiling. It is summer in London and the room was hot and stuffy with no a/c or even a fan. There was no lift to the 4th floor and I was a mother with a 3 year old child. Why was I assigned to the 4th floor?

    Friendliness of staff and readiness of room when we arrived.

    The address of the hotel was very confusing, and caused us some inconvenience. Also found it unusual to have my credit card debited with cost of room, two months before we were even due to stay.

    "I was staying at the hotel to prepare for a black tie dinner, and stay over afterwards. I didn't expect much for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was no frills, but the basics were there and the room was well-maintained and clean, which is the most important. Overall, great value for the location." (107328294)

    Great location, friendly staff, surprisingly quiet room, considering the location, clean room and good quality bedding.

    Couldn't turn off extractor fan in bathroom. Room lighting too dim to apply makeup. Breakfast a bit sparse.

    Die Betreuung durch das Personal an der Reception und im Frühstückraum war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels nahe der Viktoriastation ist ideal.

    Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Im Frühstücksraum sind nicht genügend Plätze vorhanden.

    very clean room and bathroom,fantastic power shower and well mantained floors and carpets,friendly helpfull staff,nice although limited selection at breakfast buffet a bit of improovment ei english breakfats could become an extra pleasent point.also thumbs up for the free use of internet.

    very unconfortable bed with oddly short bed lined (i'm not a tall person!) in a impossibly small room and most of all unplesent display of dirty linen on the hallways floor in the morninig with mops and cleening tools hiding behind doors and corners.a clearer address when booking should be not underestimated too.

    Large, well appointed room.

    I requested a quiet room, both in the booking and by telephone to the hotel. In the event the room was extremely noisy due to adjacent traffic and I slept very poorly.

    "I enjoyed staying here in this Comfort Inn for my short break,a name I trust for good service and value for money. It's central to all the sights and amenities and makes a great base for exploring London-everything is within walking distance or a short bus ride away.     Key Card Entry to room. Room was neat,clean & tidy. Good Power Shower and clean bathroom. Plenty of Fresh Towels. Flat screen tv with extra channels. Tea,Coffee,sugar and milk supplied in room. Good continental breakfast with enough to eat.

    Needed to walk down stairs to room, concerned about exit procedure from room in event of fire as only one exit up stairs and windows were barred and locked, no hair conditioner in room, hard to find a free table at breakfast as was very busy.

    Fairly clean and staff were quite helpful

    Family Room was far too small and cramped for four people with very little storage space. The hotel was adjacent to Victoria Station and trains could be heard all night. The breakfast dining area was far too small for the size of the hotel with queues each morning for breakfast.

    Fast and efficient check-in and check-out; family room spacious enough and well laid out; clean and well-decorated. Staff helpful, efficient and courteous.

    Some noise/vibration from trains arriving at Victoria but not as bad as traffic noise I have frequently experienced in other London hotels. Breakfast limited choice but more than adequate for price.

    Very clean rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

    I never received an email confirmation from the booking agent. I had to call the hotel, internationally, to confirm my reservation.

    Very clean. The staff were accommodating and courteous. Nice continental breakfast. Access to computer with free internet (computer was in the lobby.) Excellent accessibility to Victoria Coach, Rail and Tube stations. Great location - withing walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Hyde Park.

    The only negative point was the noise from the trains coming into and out of Victoria Rail station. Earplugs help.

    Excellent reception staff, very helpful. Lovely having the coffe machine available all the time. Handy having internet access.

    staff were polite and the location was excellent.

    when we checked in to our room, the smell of sick was over whelming. When we went to open the window, our view was of a white brick wall about 1 metre away so no air could get in.Plus no air conditioning so our room was humid and sticky. The cleaners cupboard was directly above our room so both mornings from 7am we could hear her hovering/ stamping up and down the corridor. Our room was down 2 lots of steps and I felt they had shoved us in the basement.
