    Goede en ruime kamer; schoon en verzorgd. Ideaal gelegen t.o.v. London City. Gezellig ontbijtalternatief is Borough Market op loopafstand.

    very helpful at check in reguarding information

    you advertise that your restaurant is open from 5pm but you do not serve food until 6pm this was not clearly mark on your menu,when asked if we could order to our room the lady said this was possible but had to come and collect our own food,from the restaurant which i found quite amazing for a hotel which had cost £90 a night ,that was one part of the stay which i felt had let me down

    Nice Hotel in wright in the city of London I think mainly booked by business traveler. Lots of facilities like tv on demand and internet for a very reasonble price. Very clean and staff very friendly.

    Asked staff could not answer to all questions and did not make much effort for.

    Hotel room was really well presented and designed. Breakfast room was bright and smart and very pleasant place to have breakfast.

    I think charging extra for breakfast does reduce the value for money.

    Room was clean, really nice and had everything that a business traveller could requirre. Location was good and easy to get to/find. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Only slight bad point was that room was slightly on the small side. Perfectly fine for a single traveller but might be a little tight for a couple

    easy to find, clean and comfortable

    had problem with staff from restaurant , i had paid in advance and booked dinner bed and breakfast, when i asked staff what we could order they said anything , and then rang my room and asked me to go back and pay for dessert as it was not included even though i asked first, they were quite rude in the way they spoke to me and on checking out i had to pay for dessert, i didnt feel this was correct as i would not have ordered if it had been made clear to me when i asked in the restaurant.

    Staff were helpful and friendly and hotel was clean and served its purpose.

    Tv picture was quite poor and was dissapointed that bathrooms did not contain a bath.

    Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room and good towels.

    The room was EXTREMELY cold. I am normally too warm in hotel rooms, but had to wear several layers of clothes in bed to keep warm here. The thermostat appeared to have no effect.

    Friendly and efficient service from the staff, good location, excellent decor. Also after checkout they took care of our bags so we could wander London unencumbered.

    Not enough power points in the room, and the shower could have been mounted higher.

    "Exemplary staff on reception! Most competent and welcoming! I felt appreciated and could easily understand all the instructions given. So often this is not the case. Good location, not too far from London Bridge underground. Fantastic restaurants nearby around Borough market. The market itself (Thursday and Saturday) is a wonder to behold. I will be going again!"     "Would definitely stay again! Only bad point was the poor lighting in the room which made getting ready to go out at night a little difficult. Very good value for money, nice breakfast and nice bar open till late with free internet access. Staff friendly and helpful, but taxi I ordered from reception was hugely overpriced!     Excellent accommodation for a family suite - spacious enough - 3rd and 4th bed in a separate room and full double size. Kichenette facilities including fridge and crockery/cutlery, additional seating/table. All day parking available.

    "We only stayed the one night but in general we were comfortable in the room, with two adults and two children in a suite there was adequate room for us all. The evening meal was good although not a lot of choice for the children of young ages. Close to many tourist attractions that we were visiting in the two days in London." (107172211)

    Pleasant check-in staff who spoke English - often a problem in London hotels. Nice, quiet atmosphere. Liked being able to park there which made a big differennce to our visit.

    Electric blind in room did not work. Reported it to Reception at 7pm but it did not get fixed. This may be because that was not possible but there was no note or reference to it on our return at midnight.

    Friendly staff, modern boutique style hotel. Lovely dinner and wine. Very clean. Very quiet room, especially considering fairly busy part of London.

    The decor and lighting of the corridor, and the room, and the sixth-floor breakfast room/bar. The helpfulness of the desk staff and the restaurant staff (who let my children have one breakfast between them), the parking facilities, the location.

    The pillows (too hard) and the fact that I rang to ask if there were parking spaces, to which the girl said yes no problem, yet when I arrived 30 mins later, the check-in girl led me to believe it was full, which caused me panic. (And there was room, so it was unnecessary). Would have liked a bath but the shower was beautiful and efficient as showers go....
