    "The hotel appears to be mostly aimed at business short stay stop overs. Language difficulties with most dining room staff and appeared to lack proper training." (108551554)

    Good bathroom facilities & choice of food.

    Check in error not corrected over 3 day stay. Open plan closet facilities very poor.

    Handy for London clean and accessible

    Breakfast chotic, bacon, sausages and scrambled egs cold heated trays didnt seemed to be turned on or efficient, on the cooked breakfast items they came in bit and pieces (i.e. no bacon that arrived and sausages ran out then beans then mushrooms - never a full selection of all items

    Excellent hotel, not to far if sight seeing in city.

    Hotel a bit far away if going to Wembley stadium, need to go on Central line then swap onto bakerloo still 15mins walk from Wembley Central.

    Staff friendly, room very clean.

    No food left when we returned from night out. Staff suggested we got take away and let us order take away pizza for our room.

    "HAD A VERY RELAXED LONG WEEKEND , WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN ." (107874024)

    GREAT LOCATION EASY TO FIND , VERY CLEAN LARGE ROOMS WITH LOVELY WALK IN SHOWER ETC, FRIENDLY HELPFULL STAFF AND THE FOOD WAS SUPERB AND GREAT VALUE.

    The staff where very good. the close proximaty to the tube was good.

    The floors being timber,rather than carpeted creaked quite a lot. the pillows on the beds where very hard and uncomfortable. the entrance to the car park was not well sign posted. We ended up riding up and down the A40 to turn around

    good parking facilities,easy to find ,transport not to far away,

    checking out was not to good,tried to charge us for some one elses bar bill, then after we had paid for car park and came back later asked us for proof that we had paid.but we must say that check in was no problem at all, overall its not a bad place to stay.

    "Ottimo, la camera era calda, pulita e confortevole ed il persone gentile e ben educato" (107950849)

    L'hotel è pulito e ben organizzato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di un bollitore per il caffè e il tè. Bagni pulitissimi.

    Arredamento talmente moderno che manca l'armadio, al suo posto c'è solo un appendiabiti non proprio comodo per chi si ferma svariati giorni

    Easily accessible to central london

    U have to pay for car park...and my drain in the shower didnt work for 2 days.

    Clean hotel.

    They would not even send up extra milk for us which we thought was disgraceful considering they already provide tea and coffee in the room. We had to pay for car parking which is the hotel's own car park. Poor customer service and not good value for money.

    "Apart from the fall, not bad - you could think of reducing the price for midweek stays! " (107988372)

    Room generally good.

    1. Very lumpy bed 2. Room cold - thermostat difficult to understand and get to work. 3. Registered blind person - leaving hotel in the morning, couldnt walk down the ramp as blocked off with tape, turned to walk forward, friend warned me too late of the steps, launched self into midair and fell down four steps, only superhuman effort prevented me actually crashing to the ground - you must take immediate steps (no pun) to place white or black/yellow sripes along the edges of the steps for the sake of the visually impaired because there is nothing to differentiate between the paving outside the hotel and the steps, they are all the same paving slabs!

    Good location, good value for money and good breakfast. Extra sofa bed in room for my little boy is very useful.

    Door key needed to be re-programmed everyday though we booked for 3 nights Would be nice if there's a mini fridge in the room Not much around hotel, needs to travel to Ealing Broadway for meals and shopping

    Clean and modern

    Could not check in until 3.15pm, our friends were in a room two floors away, they had no rooms ready for any guests and we and around 20 other guests had to wait in the bar for an hour for our rooms. The girl on the check in desk had very limited English and managed to book me and my Fiance into a room that was in someone else's name even though I gave her my full name and address the receipt had someone else's details on it. And room service walked into our room while we were getting dressed in the morning and left with out as much as a sorry.

    Receptionist on booking in was excellent - pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast - excellent selection, good taste.

    Rang from tube for directions - twice - no reply from reception. Extractor not working in bathroom - free sauna!

    "The stay at the hotel was satisfactory, and the staff on duty that day were very nice. However, when speaking to them over the phone they come across quite rude. I think it would be a great idea for the hotel to hold a loyalty scheme for there returning customers. The Ibis hotel do this which makes customers more willing to book the hotel again as they get rewarded and there custom is valued." (97147937)

    The smell in the room upon arrival was very off putting!
