    Très grande gentillesse et discrétion du personnel. Nous séjournions en famille avec une adulte handicapée. Aucune mauvaise surprise tant en chambre qu'au restaurant. Cuisine très soignée et variée. Un personnel très attentif.

    Le coup de feu d'un repas à 20 h 30 où 40 mn après la commande, la soupe fût servie tiède.

    "l'hotel est d'un très bon standing, le personnel est chaleureux et très professionnel. nous avons juste regrétté un service télé un peu limité mais cela reste un petit detail. en somme nous avons été très satisfaits." (97234444)

    "We enjoyed our stay, but only stayed one night as all of the other hotels in Biarritz were approx half the price as it was off-season. Hotel is in an ideal location for surfing as it's beside a great beach, while being only a short walk from the town centre. Staff were exceptionally helful at breakfast as we arrived just as breakast was coming to an end. All efforts were made to provide a full breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would recommend it."     Rooms are always comfortable. Inclusion of tea/coffee facilities & ironing board is a plus.

    very calm and comfortable, near the shore.

    one morning we had to queue up for more than 20mn before to be able to take a seat for breakfeast; this because of a lack of staff this is not expected in a 4* hotel.

    "A very high standard of accomodation with professional, helpful staff. By continental standards a very good buffet breakfast (which includes 'full English'). The superb rooftop pool and bar area is an ideal place to spend the afternoon and watch the sun go down. The hotel is also very well located for the small but sandy local beach, as well as a fifteen minute walk to the town centre and main beaches. Only problem was that on checkout the credit card company requested a call for a routine security check on my identity, but the hotel simply informed me that my card 'would not go through' and requested an alternative method of payment. I suspect a trainee receptionist." (3304513499)

    Excellent spacious executive-style room, complete with expensive mini-bar, plus luxurious bath robes and towels.

    Slight niggle: Beware that the 'ocean view' does have a building in front that partially obscures the ocean.

    "This is a very nice hotel. Views from the roof terrace are good, although the rooftop cafe is expensive and service was a bit slow when we used it in the mid-afternoon. The main restaurant is great with interesting dishes. Although expensive, we thought that dinner in the main restaurant was worth the price and service was excellent. The buffet breakfast is among the best we" (3304772382)

    Comfortable, spacious, clean and well air conditioned. No smoking rules for the room had been respected; there was no hint of cigarette smoke in the room.

    "My overwhelming memory of your hotel is one of complete satisfaction. The members of staff were very efficient and courteous and helped whenever it was necessary.     Good facilities, including pool and sun terrace

    Customer liason person had a poor information for travellers without cars and seemed to be on a commission from car rental companies. Mini bar system was poor and on reviewing my bill i found we had been charged for items not consumed.

    very modern clean styling, good soundproofing, good position + view.friendly efficient staff

    Nothing to dislike. But would make one small comment which a lot of hotels do not take into account. Most English tourists enjoy a relaxing cup of tea in their room,and even though many rooms contain a kettle, often tea bags are missing and virtually always there is not a small carton of fresh milk available or room in the fridge to store one. Suggest that when English people are booked into a room that a mini carton of fresh milk is stored in the fridge plus some teabags stored by the kettle.
