    Good value for money ,very close to Bus and U/G stations. Easy access to london for shopping or sight seeing. Good restruants nearby.

    I had a single bed which was rather small but okay for 1 night.

    Easy parking and friendly staff. A very reasonable price including breakfast.

    I do like a powerful shower and this was anything but. However it was adequate.

    Small room, smaller en-suite. Room had desk, but no chair!

    VERY helpful & friendly staff. The manager gave us one of his best rooms when we had only paid for the most basic. Also provided us with taxi numbers & advice where to eat. Perfect location for Wembley Stadium.

    Position for wembley stadium was excellent going to remember where this was as if we go to Wembley again we would certainly use this hotel.

    Location of the hotel. It is very close to Harrow high street.

    Rooms are very small, some bad odur in the room and there are some bugs in the bed.

    Price, cleanliness of room and hotel

    Minor niggles; the ensuite was a prefabricated cabin built into the room and was a bit small. The extractor didn't work. The fan in the bedroom was tempemental. A bottle of water was provided on the first day but not replaced ditto the packet of biscuits.

    Staff friendly, on hand - breakfast included in price, en-suite room offered for lower charge, parking on site, gave loan of sellotape free of charge, tea, coffee and biscuits in room, TV with basic channels, alarm clock

    Changed to different hotel which was like dungeon, charged 5 pounds extra, no breakfast, black and white tv with no remote, heating did not work, window partially opened, poor quality room, noisy exterior with cars being parked near room

    Bed linen & towells were clean and fresh smelling.

    Very small single room,the pillows for the bed were not very comfortable. The shared shower had a dirty floor and there was no soap.

    My car broke down on the way to London and the hotel owner waited for me to arrive at 12.30 am. He was kind and courtious. My room was small but perfect for my requirements. Even at that late hour they found me a parking space.

    Parts of the hotel are in need of refurbishment. You pay for what you get!

    Very helpful member of staff - constantly checking if we were happy and very willing to help. Central position with parking.

    As we chose a twin room this was on the second floor up two narrow flights of stairs. We are quite mobile so this did not prove a problem - but the luggage was heavy! Minor point - TV could be tuned in a little better.

    Friendly staff

    Lack of car parking, but if you need to leave your car during the day between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm on-street, resident parking permits are available at the hotel

    The room was lovely and most staff were friendly.

    Was told the room I booked might not be available and seemed a bit annoyed to give it and was told directions to the room which meant going this way then that way, turn back on yourself etc instead of being taken to the room.

    Friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable, quiet location very convenient for High Street and tube station.Food good.

    Would have liked breakfast to have been served a little later as it was an effort to get there on time after two very late nights.

    close to all amemeties, shops, bars, resteraunts, travel links bus and tube etc

    beware of the unseen dog if you are allergic to animal hair!!!! (not in the rooms, or resteraunt though!!) hotel bar was being refurbished but you could still buy a drink if you wanted.

    "We had a wonderful stay - came down for my partern to play in a pool tourniment. This meant we were coming in and out at varying hours, but staff were always friendly and intrested in how the tourniment was going. We often had to leave before breakfast so a hospitality tray was sent up to us each morning before we left by one of the staff. We were provided with a clear map and directions to all local amitites when we arrived. What a wonderful place. We hope to return next year for the same tourniment. Thank-you for a fantastic stay."     Wonderful hotel, fatastic staff - all very frendily and helpful. Lovely room in quite area, not far from the shops or railway station. Only a short walk from the high street too. Room smelt clean and fresh whenever we entered.

    "On arrival I was not listed as a guest. I, like many other guests requested breakfast for 7.00am, and we were told it would be available for this time. It was not available until 7.30am and so many of us had to forego our meal. A cooked breakfast was to have been the mainstay of the day and was included in the price.     Its locality to the City of London and very good transport links.

    Furniture squeezed into room, safe in room was a good idea but not secured to flooring, telephone in room was dirty.

    "The location from public transport was good, it was only about 5 minutes walk away and close to a shopping centre. The hotel was located in a quiet street. The welcome was very friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for our hosts. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed apart from a hairdryer. However a quick call to reception and a hairdryer was immediately given to us. The room contained a en-suite toilet and shower, a fridge, a fan, a television and tea and coffee making facilities. In the main reception there was a bar and a lounge with a television if you wanted to relax away from your room. Breakfast was included in the price of our stay, however I wasn't up in time to have it myself although I understand from other guests that it was lovely. Overall I have to say that this was excellent value for money and an enjoyable stay thanks to our excellent hosts." (97516026)
