    Very friendly staff. Efficient check in and out.

    Snack food very expensive - £3.50 for a tiny bowl of half-cooked chips. Realise that Radisson's not usually catering for a family and more geared towards business guests which would explain some of the costs.

    Lovely hotel. Room was nice with enough room for two people. Bathroom was clean and it was nice to see that the Radisson is doing their bit for the environment.

    Room smelt of smoke when we first walked into it. There was no iron in the room which I needed and luckily we had friends staying in another room and I was able to use theirs.

    very clean hotel, lovely choice at breakfast, room excellent, situated in a great place near the centre but far enough away so its quiet at night.

    I booked a double room and got given a twin room. The room freshner/fragrance was overpowering and too strong - not sure if this was in the air conditioning or had been sprayed in the room.

    Architecture brilliant - shame the architect didn't run the hotel.

    My booking with Active Hotels not on their system, poorly trained staff, room not vacuumed, bath dirty, telephones not working, wrong food delivered for room service, the breakfast was cold and the pool (my reason for choosing this hotel) was closed for two weeks. After one night I cancelled booking and changed hotel.

    Staff were nice. hotel facilicities were very up to date.

    was looking for hotel key and found a vibrator under the bed. I was disgusted because i feel the room hadnt been cleaned properly and to find something like this in a high quality hotel is not acceptable. I dread to think if my son would have been with us and come across this toy. I reported it to reception who found this quite funny.DISCUSTING.

    "the only thing that marred our stay was the smoking room our roomreally smelt of stale smoke and that lingered throughout our stay" (97818902)

    the hotel was lovely and the staff were superb unfortunately i didnt realise people were still allowed to smoke an hotel rooms so i didnt feel the need to request a non smoking room however our room was a smoking room and smelt dreadful when we arrived the smell lingered throughout our stay which somewhat marred our time in our room

    the fact that our room had obviously held a heavy smoker prior to us

    "We liked the modern airy feel of this hotel. The amenities were good and were able to find time to use both the spa and restaurant facilities. I can highly recommend Filini restaurant where the food is excellent. The staff were helpful and courteous and also assisted in finding us a dinner reservation elsewhere in the city for our second night. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing.     Modern look with nice colour scheme in the rooms. Large bed and nice view. The hotel restaurant was excellent.

    Hotel did not have its own parking, valet parking was available but expensive.

    "The accomodation was lovely and modern. A bit too far from the shops although if there was a quicker route we didn't find it.     "Our stay was excellent, we used the leisure clubs both days, the staff were really friendly and assisted with any enquiries we had. The selection for the breakfast was excellent, nothing was a problem." (97250240)

    the location was excellent, service and facilities excellent. Staff were extremely pleasant.

    the only downside was there was slight smell of smoke in our room and because the windows do not open there was no way of getting rid of the smell. It would be good if there was someway of eradicating the smell.

    "This Hotel was excellent. I only stayed the one night and didnt use any liesure facilities so i couldnt comment on them but as far as the Hotel is concerned i was very impressed. I have stayed in several Hotels in Liverpool this Year when visiting family and attending football matches, as will be the case next year and This Hotel will be the Top of the List. As soon as you walk in the door you can see that you have walked into a very Nice and Classy Hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, the room was spottless and comfortable and the Bar had a good atmosphere. I think this Hotel is good for an over night stay with friends and family and even a Romantic stay with your Partner. Whatever your reason for staying in Liverpool, i would certainly consider paying the little bit extra and staying in this excellant hotel." (99882275)

    The Hotel was clean and Tidy, Friendly Staff, Very Good Location near the Docks and town centre. Very much the 4 Star Hotel, could even be rated a 5 star.

    "Room was very modern and spotlessly clean. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was a godsend - especially in December! Staff were very friendly, when my partner mentioned that we had stayed at the hotel to get engaged the receptionist mentioned that we could have had an upgrade - this was a little late as we were checking-out at the time. :-(" (99483543)

    Room had the thickest curtains ever! Excellent for sleeping in without wanting to be disturbed.

    Mini Bar was rather overpriced - this is not exclusive to the Radisson though!
