    clean well equiped room.helpful staff.

    only 1 bad point. it was very hot and humid on the night we stayed. there was no air con and the windows do not open wide enough to allow air to circulate.

    The room was absolutely stunning, the price is high but you get what you pay for and we were certainly pleasantly suprised. We only stayed one night but it is a Hotel we would reccommend and use in the future without a doubt. We did not have breakfast but after seeing the menu the following morning I wish I had of. Very pleasant staff, just beautiful!!! Thankyou for making it so homely. Stacey Clarke

    One small pointer but for an overnight stay it did not bother me. In room 424 there was a damp patch on the wall, it was kept clean but as the Hotel is so so lovely I think it would be better fixed up.

    Excellent location right in the centre of town & very good value for money

    Unable to pay by Debit Card over the phone as I booked this for my son as a gift so ended up having to give him cash which I don't like doing

    Very clean and well appointed room (we got an upgrade). Friendly and helpful staff. Handy location for gay village in Manchester. Clean and pleasant lobby.

    Taxi company that the hotel use was quite slow.

    This was the best value for money (appartment/hotel) I have stayed in. The room was very large and clean and it was the first time I haven't found anything to complain about. If you want a large room with all mod con's and a very clean room then book here. I am very fussy so please take it from me you will not find anything to complain about.

    when checking in we were asked to make payment, my partner was paying by debit card, at this point the receptionists phone rang & she promptly answered it, she was trying to process payment & deal with call at the same time, this then resulted in a mistake with payment which were werent advised of until we were checking out, i appreciate that phone calls have to be answered as it could be a potential client but at the same time it can cause mistakes doing two things at once.

    Lindsay on Reception was excellent, very helpful and efficient. Room was above expectations Location was good.

    Parking was not in the hotel and reasonably expensive (~£15 on top of room price). Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

    "Was a surprise over night stay for my partner. We were both very impressed by the 'apartment' concept much better than staying in a hotel room. Being able to checkout later meant we could take our time and cook our own breakfast! We both loved it! Would highly recommend it. " (107936319)

    The beautiful entrance and reception area was kept lovely and warm which after braving the usual Manchester weather was a nice welcome. Rooms were spacious and homely and equiped with everything you could possibly need.

    Some of the door ways and corridors were quite narrow making it a little difficult to manoeuvre even a small amount of luggage through also a small amount of staining on the carpet in the room. These were only minor points and overall we had a really lovely stay and would definity return.

    Quiet, well equipped, good value for money, well located

    Had to change rooms as internet access not working in booked room. Rooms too hot making it hard to sleep, unable to open windows due to noise from fans etc.

    Clean apartment with everything needed.

    Room was above facing chinese restaurant so the room smelt of chinese food! It was a very warm night and could have done with air con, although there was a fan in the room.

    Everything you need, like home from home. Lounge and kitchen all together in a studio layout, facilities meant no rush to make it down to breakfast before its tidied away, just make your own when ready.

    minor points fridge door missing although it did have a note on it to explain that a new door was on order. Fan in toilet was not working however i forgot to inform anyone of the problem

    Excellent location, being close to china town and the gay village.Plus only a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area.

    Hard to find any bad points about the hotel, one thing you could pick fault in was the room was a little bit tired and in need of a bit of tlc. However i have stayed in far far worse.

    Good central location, good standard of furnishings with exellent satalite TV coverage.

    Some areas of the appartments look a little tired.
