    No curtains in the room, showers not working in 3 of the rooms we were moved to at 6am in the morning!!! could hear the door banging down stairs all nite didnt get a good nites sleep. not very much help.!

    A very nice relaxed hotel with very friendly staff. Lovely mix of decor.

    Only one small issues - I couldn't fill up the kettle from the taps - had to use my soup flask.

    Convenience. Cheap.

    The room wasn't particularly clean and had a musty odour. The bathroom floor wasn't clean either. No room service.

    Staff very pleasant and friendly. Comfortable bed.

    There was a terrible smell in the room that came from the bathroom. The decor was in a very poor state - there were stains on the floor and the wall. There was no lamp in the room - the only light I could have was the main light. When I asked where I could get the continental breakfast that was included in the price I was told that they were sorry but there wasn't one. The lock had been replaced at some point but the work done looked shabby and didn't inspire confidence - I worried about leaving things in the room.

    Very bad customer service. The restaurant menu has a couple of options and when we asked for food we were told to go down the street to eat.Beds are very small when booking a double room. Very noisey boilers running throughout the hotel.

    Staff were helpful

    We booked for Dinner Bed and Breakfast but we were not advised that only Indian food was available for the evening meal, which was not suitable for us.

    The dedication of the staff to get things right; my original room could not pick up wifi which was critical for my stay. I was moved into another room for the second night.

    None really, exceptiong that the Breakfast menu was extremely limited.

Even though it only has 20 rooms, and is fairly small, the staff treated me as a valued customer and were very friendly.     Great customer service All staff very friendly, kind and helpful I was made to feel very welcome Any special requests which I had, the staff tried their best to accomodate my request Bar and restaurant good place to relax, was nice to have a drink on my arrival, not to pricy either.

    Small single room - bed took up most space, so hardly any room to move around

    Although we had to complain about the quality of the breakfast, the matter was taken up by the manager who ensured we had a better experience on the second day and didn't charge for the unsatisfactory breakfast. In-house restaurant very good for evening meal.

    Waitresses'command of English not good and breakfast was cold on first morning.

    Check in process was horrendous as I was shown the wrong room - bed unmade; toilet tissue and dirty towels on the floor; full ashtray on side and cigarette butts on the bed! Not a great first impression at all!!! THANKFULLY it was the wrong room!

    Room dirty, bathroom needs up grade. Room very hot had to use the fan provided. I wondered why it was there! Breakfast was so bad I refused to pay for it.

    "I'd be happy to stay here again provided the quality of the rooms was slightly upgraded. Small things such as a broken rail in the wardrobe could easily be fixed and a lick of paint to the rooms would not go amiss.     the staff were friendly and the room was clean. For the price it was ok.

    The breakfast wasn't brilliant, I think the waitress was also cooking! The decor is a little 'tired'

    the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. the Indian restaurant within the hotel was very good.

    Nothing really, except the address was very difficult to find and the street was quite noisy late at night.

    The staff were friendly, helpful and provided an excellent service. The price was competitive. Free wi-fi available.

    The room smelled musty. The radiator could not be turned off, so the room was too hot. Opening the window allowed in the traffic noise. The basin in the bathroom was so small you couldn't fill the kettle properly. The bathroom was very basic ie a wetroom with no shower enclosure or tray. The double room was very small (the double bed was against the wall).

    "Easy to book and relatively easy to find and the car parking facility was a bonus. Centrally placed in the heart of the town and access to shopping facilities is easy. Public transport within easy reach. The room was adeqate and good value for money. The breakfast was not that good. The bathroom / shower facility was poor. The shower thermostat was not working.     hotel was fairly clean and tidy but the TV didnt work properly, neither did the shower. The Indian Restuarant was a major plus as the food was excellent with helpful, informative and extremely pleasant staff. 10 outa 10 to the restuarant for the best curry ever!

    We were not advised that breakfast would be served early on Saturday / Sunday morning which would have been helpful considering our early start on both mornings
