    we got married there and it was our anniversary so we got a beautiful room!

    Breakfast to the room is very small for the price.

    i can only comment that our stay was so rlaxing and hotel and staff were first class and a credit to all involved.keep up the excellent work and look forwad to staying in hotel at a future date.

    "The hotel has an impressive outlook. The food and dining service is very good. We were, however, disappointed with the standard of our rooms and general lack of that 'special' service. " (107241569)

    The Castle is set in the most beautiful surroundings and looks very impressive on arrival. The gardens have some nice seating areas. Food was good and the staff were friendly.

    The reception and bar/lounge areas would benefit from a good freshen up. The rooms in the courtyard complex had a damp smell and were very standard. Little information was given in the rooms. We were not offered or given assistance for transfer of our bags to the rooms in the courtyard area.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Cabra Castle. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant.Room was a great size.

    None as such. One slight point is that friends of ours also staying at the castle got a personal turn down service in their room at night with chocolates left on their pillows.We however did not.

    "Very friendly helpful staff. Big room in courtyard very comfortable with a four post bed. Slightly let down by very plain bathroom with small bath or maybe i'm just getting spoilt!" (97469074)

    "We were looking for a quiet break in the countryside and the hotel matched our needs the Castle was a pleasant suprise the staff were very helpfull and the food was fine plenty of car parking and for a quiet break i would strongly recommend it" (99504454)

    the menu for the evening meals was limited

    "I enjoyed my stay. A pity it was only for a single night. Have made mental note to return. Room was nicely kept and very spacious. Food was excellant and plenty of it. Staff were friendly and most helpful." (99981311)

    Nicely decorated, very spacious and clean and comfortable.Food was very good. Staff very helpful.

    luxurious accomodation including four poster bed plentiful and delicious food excellent waiter service

    porter to show you to your room and carry luggage information book in the room was old fashioned and not well presented

    The welcome and the excellence of the service - a pleasant place to stay.

    The rooms in the courtyard area, whilst being well appointed and very comfortable, do not have particularly effective sound insulation.
