  Well presented hotel in convenient location near airport

  too many long corridors and hard to find the room, it was spread out like los angeles, that is the only thing that might stop me staying again

  oakwood arms was a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely be returning and will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.staff were very friendly and helpful , food was very good indeed , close to everything we wanted to visit , very convenient .

  honestly only one small point , one evening there was an argument between a chef and a waiter at reception , nothing serious but this should not have been conducted in front of guests ,my little girl ( 18 months )was a little concerned , other than this we really enjoyed our stay.

  access to free internet excellent food nice bedding spacious room generous towels

  in room internet impossible to figure out window in poor repair, half falling out dook lock temperamental employees made me feel like I was making them work didn't feel welcomed or valued as customer

  Lovely, spacious room. The breakfast was delicious and great value for money. I thought the gym was a great feature - while my husband preferred the bar.

  Modern decoration, clean and good service. Restuarant v good. Business magazines thoughtful touch.

  Early morning alarm calls in other rooms woke me everyday sometimes as early as 4:30am. Hotel quiet but phones easily heard in other rooms. Restuarant service was sometimes too prompt and a couple of occassions food and drinks was removed before finished. Unable to receive signal for own wi-fi hence begrudged having to buy time when have own technology. Breakfast was a little costly for bowl of cereal and toast. Having said that there was always an excellent range of food for all meals.

  "good value for money and extremely convenient. serve breakfast until 11 which suited us due to the wedding the day before. genearlly enjoyed our short stay in the hotel and would recommend it to friends." (3304993620)

  "I was generally very happy with the hotel, the staff in both the restaurants and bar were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was excellent with spacious accomodation and clean. I was disappointed with the staff on reception and I had a few queries that I wanted help with and she did not seem overally helpful when dealing with these. The staff, however in the restaurant and bar were very helpful and always polite to us. I would recommend this hotel to other people." (3304942140)

  "Service and people were excellent. The restauraunt was a good experience. Rooms need to be kept up and kept track of. Upon arrival, my room had a broken door handle to the restroom and lights that would not turn on. A clock in each room would also be a minimal improvement that is necessary for a hotel so close to a major airport." (2555571)
