  "Avrei voluto sapere della possibilità di avere un letto matrimoniale; purtroppo abbiamo avuto sia la prima notte (30/6) che la seconda (9/7) due letti gemelli" (2386657)

  silenzio e tranquillità; facile reperibilità

  I bagni sono piuttosto piccoli e soprattutto il lavandino è di ridottissime proporzioni: ci è risultato molto scomodo

  "The main problem was that our room, 301, seemed to have a communicating door. The noise of conversation and TV from next door was very intrusive, when we were just dying to get a few hours sleep before our 5.20 am wake-up call. I recognise that hotels have rooms they can interconnect, but I've never come across such a serious lack of noise insulation. This alone would make me think twice about staying again. For a 4-star (whose rating?) hotel, we expected complimentary shampoo, etc. flannels, and tablet soap. There was only a shower cap and liquid soap. The towels were pretty thin too. On the other hand the taxi service to the airport was efficiently run and the staff were all very efficient, courteous and helpful." (2349276)

  Nice clean fresh-smelling linen. Non-smoking room.

  Restaurant facilities. We had driven for 9 hours and we didn't want to go out again, yet at 8.30 pm there was no dinner available. The staff member who responded to our request went out of her way to bring coffee, bread and cheese, biscuits, cake, etc. so she saved the day. But it is a surprising omission in a hotel of this standard. We couldn't stay for breakfast but it didn't look that great.
