    "Not only did the checkout staff try to charge us for the meal which we paid for the same night also for cooked breakfasts when we only had continental and also tried to charge us £ 3.00 more for each of our breakfasts than was quoted on our internet booking. Very disappointing to be forced to waite when checking out and having to argue about our bill for some considerable time. Fianlly chairs in the restaurant very very uncomfortable. Food was excellent but were glad to get out of restaurant due to discomfort. " (107453598)

    Pleasantly surprised at the low level noise coming from the airport and hotel.

    Poor communications between restaurant and checkout staff. Generally long wait at check in and check out.

    Excellant to be able to walk to airport.

    Only 1 easy chair in bedroom makes it difficult for mature couple. Lounger not suitable. Only one bedside table - would have prefered 2.

    Second overnight stay - coffee machine did not work. Toilet paper was not sufficient. No slippers. No newspaper.

    impecable, super cómodo, habitación amplia con todo tipo de detalles:plancha, secador de pelo, facilidades para hacerse un te....

    Resulta un poco caro. No incluye desayuno

    "Overall our stay was very good and we would definitely return (having eaten elsewhere first). The wine tower was entertaining though no substitute for good dining service." (107910351)

    Welcoming at reception and concierge very pleasant and organised (used the parking facilities). Room was lovely and spacious. An extra bed placed in the room (for a friend who joined us last minute) was easily arranged. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

    The restaurant was closed which was a bit of a shock for a hotel supposedly of international standard. The bar staff were slow and forgetful. We arrived 10.30 pm after a long, long drive and were gasping for food and wine, however, it took 20 minutes to order and we had to keep going to the bar to check where our drinks/food were. Both food/drink were top quality when they arrived but the service needs attention - had better service at Motel 6.

    "Overall it is a pleasant stay for me. But I would prefer to book my hotel online direct. The reason I said this is because I made a mistake in booking arrival date and I have to cancel my old booking and to redo a fresh booking. " (107702236)

    The room offers easy access to internet. It comes with coffee making ( an important point for me)but would be better if you could add on a packet of biscuit e.g. shortbread.

    The soap provided is pathetic. I suggest the bathroom comes with liquid body wash as the water is too hard. Further I failed to find a pair of bedroom slippers.

    "very relaxing, great way to start a holiday, given the horrors of the new stansted ryanair bag drop system, we booked the hotel as we felt that 90 minutes between connecting flights would be a bit risky, after our experience, we now KNOW it is too short, so will probably be staying in this hotel again!"     great food, particularly Filinis restaurant, fantastic breakfast, very quiet, condidering our room was 100m from the airport perimiter fence!

    was charged in mistake for pringles from minibar, as it happened our son had been eating a tub of pringles bought during our flight, the tube was discarded in the bin in the hotel room, however the minibar itself was obviously not checked! it should have been made more explicit that it would be so easy to sign up for games, our son age 7 started playing games and we were obviously charged for them. surely the games should have been blocked in the kids room(we were in two adjoining rooms)

    Location, so closed to the Airport.

    I am afraid there is something wrong in the booking system. I had a confirmed booking ofr 1 FAMILY ROOM FOR 4 ADULTS, however at the check in dest, they told me that I booked 1 double room for 2 adults and the price printed on my confirmation sheet reguards 2 double room for 2 adults and 2 children. I showed my booking sheet, but the staff neither provided me any explanation nor apology. Please investigate the fact and let me know what has happened. Another thing that made me nervous was that, even if the front-desk staff advised us to make reservation for a dinner at any hotel restaurant, and I followed her advise, nobody at restaurant (actually I tried with 2 restaurants) even answered, so I had to go there directly.

    we had connected rooms but the door between the rooms was not open when we arrived. Price is deffinitely too high! Even though we booked a family room, there were nothing special for the kids or any welcome gift for them. Even we have stayed in 2/3 cheaper hotels there has always been something extra for the kids.

    Everything was fine except the person at the check-in spoke a little bit to fast (I'm from Sweden) but how could she possibly know? :) The beds where just wonderful, a very good night sleep despite the planes that must have kept on taking off and landing!

    Situado a 2 minutos andando desde la terminal.

    Acceso por cable a Internet. Es más práctico WIFI para ordenadores portátiles.

    The convinience of the interconnecting rooms as not many hotels seem to do this. The kid's paddling poor next to the adult swimming pool which meant that the kids could play while adults did some lengths.
