    "Friendly staff, good facilities though internet access in room would have been nice. Satelite channels in room would also be good thought the lounge area was nice to sit in. Room was made up for 3 not 4 but that was not an issue. Overall the trip was excellent, location and breakfast very good indeed. I would seriously consider booking again." (97463514)

    Location was excellent, hotel facilities very good.

    Room smelt a little musty, tv was poor, room needed a spruce up but was adequate.

    accommodation was fine, very well looked after.

    just a couple of things we didn`t like. The dining room was very very hot and not pleasant to eat breakfast. No bar facility.

    Nice staff, very good location directly on the ocean promenade, free guest parking.

    Lift was being rebuild, thus we had to carry our suitcases to the third floor and back. In addition this caused uncomfortable noises during breakfast. Room for 3 was very small. Bathroom was extremely small and seperated from the room only via an old sliding door.

    Lovely breakfast. Also, we had adjoining rooms, with an interconnecting door, so we could keep an eye on the children - very useful.

    There wasn't a lift there and we were on the 3rd floor, and the dining room was in the basement!! Some lights weren't working in our room. The shaver point wasn't working either. There was also an extension lead in our bedroom, and we had to use that to power some equipment - not really acceptable.

    "When we arrived back in the Hotel on Saturday evening the lady bar attendant was obviously very harrassed and busy with a couple of other guests. In the meantime we were waiting patiently to order some drinks, however, we were not acknowledged and had to wait an age then another person came who she attended to before us. Perhaps the lady in question should attend a people management course or even perhaps smile!!! We ordered 3 glasses of wine which were warm, so we asked if they had a cold bottle. You would have thought we were asking for the earth from the look of disgust that came across her face. She didnt have a cold bottle so subsequently ice was put in the wine, which is not really adequate is it!!" (97122334)

    We had a lovely view from our room at the front of the Hotel.

    The bathroom and decor generally could do with updating, the noise generated from the water pipes was very loud when using tap or the shower or flushing the loo. There was a non slip mat in the shower which was growing mould! Our Son was sharing a family room with friends who had arrived a day earlier (all family rooms were booked, hence we didnt have one), this room definately needs decoration and the bathroom was antiquated. There simply was not enough room for a family of four, everything seemed squashed in.

    Good value for money, plesent staff will stay again.

    With a young three year old who is scared of stairs, the family room we had was on the top floor it was hard work carring her up!

    "The hotel is in a wonderful position,the small garden and bar are relaxing and nice social areas,the rooms had a lot of extras like biscuits hot chocolate and mints, wich made us feel welcome,and we were chatting to a very nice couple for awhile before we realised that they were indeed the owners,the food was great and the hotel really clean" (97273063)

    it was central to the facilities, it offered parking and the place was clean and accommodating to our requirements.

    the cleaners entered the room whilst we were at breakfast, we had not yet packed or left the room.

    "the hotel was in a excellent location, our family room was a bit cramped but comfortable, bed linen was immaculate which i loved, bathroom was a bit neglected no loo roll and empty shampoo and shower gel wrappers still in shower, but plenty of tea and coffee, choc biscuits etc i didnt have breakfast but my husband and 2 children said it was very nice, we only stayed for 1 night and in all found it a very nice place to stay" (99718926)

    VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. ONLY SHORT WALK TO MAIN SHOPS AND ATTRACTIONS. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. FRIENDLY LITTLE BAR AREA WITH GOOD ENTERTAINMENT ONE NIGHT OUT OF THE TWO WE STAYED THERE. FREE CAR PARK WHICH IS A MUST IN LLANDUDNO. WILL DEFINETLY GO BACK.

    ONLY A BATH IN OUR ROOM NO SHOWER. THE STAIRS ARE A BIT OF A CLIMB IF YOU ARE ON THE TOP FLOOR.

    Family rooms available, on seafront, convenient for town centre, pleasant staff.

    No lift, short breakfast hours, street parking only (plenty available, but finding a space near to the hotel is down to luck).
