    A pleasant hotel within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bus and railway station. We didn't eat here, but the breakfast restaurant looked very nice, there was also a nice lounge area.

    Great location and comfortable room for excellent price. Staff helpful in ordering taxi to airport for me.

    TV did not have any English speaking news cable channels; only English speaking channel was a sports channel.

    "The hotel is very hard to find when driving by. We passed it twice. Poor signposts also in nearby streets. Would have thought the breakfast could have been included [and eggs available] The staff were very helpfull and courteous" (3304828800)

    The very helpfull receptionist who arranged Flamenco trip, sold us the tickets and called the taxi

    Desayuno excelente, atención del personal perfecta...les animo a seguir así. Comprensión del mismo para ayudarme a buscar las llaves del coche, y habitación correctísima.

    Quizás es caro el servicio de parking, teniendo en cuenta la disponibilidad de aparcamiento de la ciudad de Jerez.

    "The hotel was well positioned for the town centre and railway station in a quiet location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate in size and well appointed with a quiet air conditioning unit. Public rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The cold buffet breakfast provided a selection of cereals, meats, cheese, bread, juice, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. The buffet was kept well stocked and the waiter service for fresh juice/tea/coffee was efficient." (2782194)

    "A much better map of Jerez is needed - we could not find hotel and had to park the car in a car park and following 40 minutes trying to find it, called in at another hotel and following their suggestions had to take a taxi in the end to find it! We sent an e mail changing our booking - adding another person - they had not received it and it could have been a problem if they had been fully booked." (2774157)

    "To be able to pre book the car parking at the same time as booking the hotel. We requested parking through the request box on the active website, yet no one got in touch with us. The hotel was difficult to find, so directions would benefit other travellers." (2313903)

    Clean, modern and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable experience.

    No complaints! Excellent hotel. Highly recommended!

    The twin room was huge and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel interior was plush and yet cosy at the same time.

    "The hotel and breakfast are good - reasonable value for money, though the breakfast is ordinary, apart from fresh orange juice. However, the hotel is extremely difficult to find and access if you don't know Jerez and the state of its one-way system and road works - it only has one yellow direction sign [and that's only 50 m away] and the inconspicuous frontage is partly hidden by trees. The garage is also difficult to access and expensive at 10 euros per night." (2107820)

    Lift difficult to access with large case. Garage expensive. No waste bin in main room.
