    "A nice, quiet, friendly hotel, perfectly adequate for a one-night stay." (108563003)

    Within stated walking distance of the venue I was attending - although this is not a city centre hotel so a taxi was required from the station (as expected). A very quiet location - again as requested and the room was well-appointed. I didn't use the restaurant for an evening meal, but the breakfast selection was excellent, hot and well cooked and served. Excellent value for money.

    "Sufficient for our visit to Crufts, very handy for the NEC,nice food in resturant, clean, light above mirror in bathroom did not work and TV had a problem with sound. On the whole excellent value for what we paid for it. No one there in the morning to check out so had to leave without seeing the bill, they already had my credit card details so they phoned me when I got home.     I stayed at the hotel about a year ago and was very pleased with it then, therefore decided to book it this year as well but that was definitely my last stay at Beachwood Hotel.

    Loud music for both nights of my stay. Room was dirty and smelt of cigarettes( I don't smoke) Staff wasn't very polite or helpful when we complained about the noise...

    clean,excellent restaurant-resonably priced,friendly staff,nice bathroom

    "excellent for overnight stay,not far from NEC,birmingham and handy for coventry centre." (97803027)

    The hotel was very good value for money.The restaurant was very good, and again good value.Service good and modern decor.Rooms small, but nicely decorated and warm.Beds comfy and room quiet.(even spare pillows!)Breakfast included too!

    Nothing really!could do with some glasses in the room and a bottled water maybe!A couple of small faults that could have done with fixing(drawer knob broken came off in hand!)

    good value for money,lovely surroundings,the hotel looks very nice upon arrival(not like a travel inn or travel lodge which look like blocks of flats). friendly staff,nice room, would definetly recomend to anyone.and if in the area this is where i would stay again.

    the hairdryer didnt work.but so what,i have hardly any hair anyway.so realy i had no dislikes about the accommodation.

    good location,very near Ricoh Arena.good food in restaurant.

    nobody at check-in desk on our arrival,had to find a member of staff in pub then wait 10 minutes to be seen.bathroom was dirty and fan was very noisy.noisy customers leaving pub downstairs,late at night.

    THE ROOM WAS WELL FITTED OUT CLEAN ALL WE NEEDED FOR A SHORT STAY.

    "On arrival found the staff to be courtious, friendly and very efficient. The recepion area clean and tidy as were all the public areas we saw. The room although a bit small was very clean and tidy the heating worked properly as did the bathroom/shower. Outside the grounds and car park were tidy. In all quite impressive. A little bit noisey at night from other residents. Full marks to the staff" (99545231)

    Everything about the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was of a good standard, the food was excellent. We would recommend the hotel to others, great value for money.

    Food was very good,and excellent value for money; Hotel has resentley had a referbesment.

    the room for the weekend was very small and the bathroom to; stayed before last time; up-staires the rooms are mutch larger.

    "The only bad point about the hotel - no reception cover in the late afternoon and evenings. The phone was not always attended and anyone trying to be put through to my room could not contact me. I was at reception for a while working on my lap top and the phone rang a good number of times and was not answered and people can into reception looking for assistance.     "I stayed for three nights mid week and had a very easy and comfortable stay. I thought it was very good value for money." (99765343)

    The choice of food and beers including cask ales! A relaxing and comfortable bar area.

    To be honest the bathroom was 'compact' and the shower needs to be a 'thermostatic' one! I had to 'dance' in and out a few times as the temperature fluctuated from cold to hot.
