    The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and willing to go our of their way to help us (for example providing bacon sandwiches in our cab when we didn't have time for breakfast one morning). The room was very clean and newly decorated.

    Friendly staff. Ease of access to local area and motorways.

    Dressing table area taken up by television. No instructions on shower temperature controls.

    "Made to feel at home. Myself and my dogs could come and go as we pleased. " (108083461)

    I chose Peel Hey primarily because they have a pets-allowed policy. My two small dogs (one of which was going for tests nearby) were made to feel welcome, as was I.

    The coffee could have been better at breakfast.

    Tasteful and warm.

    Exterior lighting poor causing a guest to fall over a low wall. One floodlight not working the other later moved to cover front entrance
