  all staff were very helpful and courtious. I really enjoyed my stay due to the staff being very very patient with our request. The river of your shuttle was very helpful and friendly. I would recomend your hotel to anyone who is traveling to the area.

  "Overall the hotel was very nice and the facilities provided were more than sufficient for our stay" (107503766)

  The hotel was convenient for Pescara, Montesilvano, Pineto and Rosseto provided you have a car. The room was very spacious and the facilities provided very good. The breakfast included in the price was also varied and a good starter for the day.

  The staff were a little distant and impersonal however I think this was due to the language barrier rather than anything else.

  "Generally, we were happy with the hotel. I have rated the performance of staff as "Adequate" because of the lack of service in the restaurant. The rest of the staff were brilliant." (108995397)

  Staff at Reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff very good.The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good. The hotel shuttle service was very good. I have to say our driver was excellent, he was very reliable and always PROMPT.

  The only problem we encountered at the hotel restaurant was the service or lack of!! The service was poor especially when conferences were held and large groups of people dined in the restaurant. There wasn't enough staff to handle large groups. It is not the fault of the waiters, but the management need to look into this. We often helped ourselves to the condiments etc. as the staff were far too busy! We had the same problem with breakfast - although this was self service, we had to ASK and wait for empty trays of fruit, ham, cheese etc. to be filled up.
