    "Overall it was a nice place. Dining room closed, only one employee for bar, dining, room service, etc. She seemed overworked but still very friendly and accommodating. One desk employee was great, the other bored and inattentive." (107464970)

    "Very nice and helpful smiley staff,most important. enjoyed the food and the dining room for both the meals we had.Outof the five hotels we staed in during our holiday it was the best value for money" (97230603)

    nice room,shame about the view !

    There was no cover on the main room light, the computer would ntwork, and the plasatic gable end about a yard from the window was disintigrating.

    "Visited with my children ages 6 and 15 and was suitable for both. Great location altho you would need a car to get to the seafront in Bray - if you visit Bray, don't miss the swans at the harbour!!" (99910991)

    Very child friendly altho would consider going as a couple too - stayed over new year and staff were very helpful at such a busy time of year

    Could have had a childrens menu in the bar or more savoury snacks

    Very reasonably priced and flexible check-in times. The family room was an excellent size.

    Curtain was missing from one of the windows! Had to fashion a temporary curtain from the bedspread.

    "THE HOTEL WAS VALUE FOR MONEY THE FOOD ON OFFER IN THE RESTRNT WAS VERY OVER PRICED AND WHEN WE TRIED TO HAVE A MEAL IN THE EVENING WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE IN 45MINS AS THERE WAS A BUS PARTY OF 60 PEOPLE COMING IN WE WERE THEN SEATED AT THE TABLE AT THE KITCHEN DOOR.     "Cleanliness - the room was not very celan. The toilet in particular was dirty. Also the hairdryer did not work . We have stayed twice at this hotel and will not be staying again as a result of our second stay. All night something was banging on the roof outside as it was very windy we did not know was it a tree or something from the building site next store." (3304360352)

    "The accommodation was clean with good facilities. The location was good and staff friendly and helpful. Our flight into Dublin was severly delayed and the staff at the hotel got us through the check in process quickly and efficiently which was invaluable at 4am.     "As a young couple - early 30's we both were very pleased with the hotel stay. The hotel is very accessible to Dublin and are planning to stay again with you closer to December for xmas shopping trip. We were going to a sports event and i have recommended your hotel to fellow supporters. I will be adding our reviews to tripadvisor.com as there were no reviews on this well read website - which reviews worldwide hotels before our stay. I would definitely say staff need a touch up on customer relations - in a competive market its a big plus to have friendly staff." (2519691)

    Excellent value a very nice hotel - rooms were immaculate, spacious, cosy and comfortable. Hotel rate - very competitively priced

    Front Desk Receptionist could have been friedlier. I also work in the service industry so small things you notice For example -on check out receptionist never asked us did we enjoy our stay? nor thanked us for staying. She lacked both personality and also customer care.

    "Easy booking, very clean, good food, convenient to areas of interest. Directions from N11 were wrong, it is the second exit off the roundabout off the N11 not the third (ie straight ahead not a right turn)" (2591130)

    Clean, convenient, value for money. Dining room staff were very friendly.

    Dour receptionist, didn't make us feel welcome, didn't say goodbye, didn't say have a nice day/evening.

    Good

    The sandwiches ordered a lunchtime were abit basic ie the cheese sandwich was literally a few roughly cut pieces of cheese between 2 slices of bread, cut in half and abit of cress on the side!
