    "Vervoer van en naar hotel is goed geregeld. Ontvangst is vriendelijk, verblijf is goed met uitzondering van het ontbijt." (107314611)

    Het ontbijt s'morgens is zeer minimaal. Maar je hebt de keuze dus slaan we het onbijt maar over en eten op het vliegveld.

    room was very spacious. computer in room & free interenet. friendly staff. good parking & close to airport.

    only slight negative point was that the jets in jacuzzi tub didn't work. would have been nice to enjoy that facility.

    Difficult to find hotel due to bad signage Receptionist staff on checking in- not very welcoming!!! Shower difficult to operate No bedside light switches- lamp near either side of bed would have been useful

    El hotel es muy bonito y esta cuidado al minimo detalle

    Quiza el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa se podria mejorar; aun asi no tengo quejas de hotel.

    freiendly and efficient

    No soap or shampoo and rooms 9 and 10 have some under floor heating that made the room unbearably hot.

    Dichiarano il prelevamento dall'aeroporto in 7-10 min. ma l'autista è arrivato mezz'ora dopo. Chiesta la sveglia alle 4 del mattino, il telefono ha squillato alle ore 3.15

    Nice food, restraunt staff very helpful

    Kept waiting at reception for 20 min before being booked in. Found 2 live wasps, 1 dead beetle and a live flea in my room.

    "This is a perfect hotel if you are in transit or have an early morning flight. The rooms are very well decorated and have tea/coffee facilities. There is a bar and a restaurant. Nice views of the Essex countryside. Excellent value for money." (108306249)

    Nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Quick pick up and return to airport. Excellent breakfast.

    good location

    Breakfast was cereal, toast fruit and yoghurt.Juice and water. They were always watching you. Room and bathroom was so small.

    "Our first night was difficult as mattress was poor quality as was the shower. The continental breakfast could have been better, more choice of yogurt (instead of toffee) and fresh fruit perhaps instead of tinned. However after mentioning our poor night, it didn't go unnoticed that the room on our return trip was much improved and we had a good night. Just a shame that there wasn't seating area in the bar, which was part of the restaurant, if you wanted a drink in the evening. I was lead to believe this was a 4* hotel when really 3* would be more suitable." (107567955)

    Staff were friendly, complaint acted upon and upgraded room for return visit. Hotel quiet and not too far from airport.

    Good showers and mattress are important for me especially before travelling, these I felt could be improved, also the breakfasts could be better. Shuttle service a bit slow so you need to allow extra time. Bar area could be improved as no area to sit and have a drink in the evening. Everything just seemed a little tired.

    curtains were totally unsuitable due to letting in too much light.Impossible to get a night's sleep.We will not stay again unless this is rectified.

    "Good value for a stopover to connect with an early flight - no hitches although we did wait about 20 mins for pick up when we arrived, as opposed to the 5 quoted." (107556693)

    Staff very friendly and extremely apologetic of the slight delay as we arrived at the same time as several other people. Restaurant good - staff again very friendly, meal served promptly.

    The toilet flush was a bit temperamental.

    I called for a taxi when arriving at stansted. Instead of the promised time I had to wait approx 50 minutes before the taxi came, and this was after at least one (maybe two ) phonecalls to request if there was any problem. I was cold standing outdoors, as I did not expect this waiting time, no expalanation er excuse was given when the taxi finally arrived.

    "Adequate in general and inexpensive. However, you get what you pay for. The waiter in the restaurant was friendly and efficient (although there were very few diners). Other staff were offhand and unwelcoming. Try SMILING and welcoming your guests, looking them in the eye and at least look as if you are interested and want to make the stay a pleasant one."     Restaurant was good: good food and good service. The facilities were adequate for an overnight stay.

    In general, staff were offhand. Unsatisfactory standard of cleaning/maintenance of the bathroom. There is no excuse for verdigris covering the hinges of the toilet seat and cover. I also found the the bed pillows irritated my skin - nylon pillowcases? After having chosen the hotel because there was a pickup service I had to pay for a taxi to the hotel because there was a problem with your service. Your staff said there was a delay of twenty to forty minutes but I did not wish to stand around in the cold and then find the delay was longer.

    Vicinanza aeroporto Stansted e servizo di shuttle car da e per terminal. Camera e letto comodi

    Le istruzioni di active hotel per punto incontro con la shuttle car sono sbagliate.Adesso il punto d'incontro è alla lettera E parcheggio blue vicino al meeting point generale aeroporto (non parcheggio arancione !!!!!)

    Family room very spacious- good value.

    Some suspect plumbing under sink in bathroom. No receptionist to pay taxi to airport but we payed and were refunded on our return without a problem.

    The lady at check in was nice.

    The room floor was filthy. There was one spot where it looked like a dead body might have lain. The faucet in the bathroom was not on and it squirted water all over the bathroom. The room had no remote control and no instruction on how to get the TV on. I had to ask the check in desk to help me and they couldn't find a replacement remote control. The next morning, because of bad weather, I asked the front desk man the status of flights going out of Stanstead, he said he was too busy at 4:30 AM. The next time I called he didn't answer. He said I should come down to check the computer. I said that since it was a hotel close to the airport, shouldn't they know. He said that I should find out the information. The airport shuttle was just a car and he was running 30 minutes late. He could only take four people at a time and he was already backed up. No one ever came out at the reception desk. Upon arrival, I called the number and they said that it would 20 minutes before they could send someone. When we returned to the hotel to retrieve my car, the shuttle let me off in the front and couldn't take me to the back to get my car. I had to pull my luggage in the mud. I couldn't get my car out because it was a mud pit. I had to pull my luggage back and ask for help. Three men finally had to push me out of the mud hole. My car was a mud pit. Mud all on the inside. No apology for messing up my car. They moaned about the green car park.

    Large clean room

    Language barrier - the level of english spoken by the staff was poor Advertised benefits were either only partially realised or totally wrong, e.g. the airport pick up service which should be 15 mins. was actually 40 - despite being told that cars are stored on site they are really moved to a storage facility - the restaurant has a large menu which you are allowed to peruse for 20 mins before being told that there are only 3 dishes available

    Clean efficient Got the 4 poster/internet, luxury bathroom room last time which was a lovely surprise. Ease of parking and car close to door on return. Staff very obliging Only minutes to airport

    Hard to find on first visit as the Desalis sign is in a light pink. The car used to take us to airport One door wouldnt open and it didnt seem very roadworthy, difficulty making receptionist understand when requesting pick-up from airport

    Excellent room furnishing & cleanliness. Great value for money when compared to other local B&B's and Hotels - We would have no hesitation using this hotel again. The beds were wonderfully comfortably.
