    "adeguato per che vuole fregarsene dell'algergo e vuole una struttura centrale e semplice...comunque con molto spirito di adattamento ... anche se per 90€ al giorno a stanza ci si dovrebbe adattare veramente poco......" (107369390)

    situato in zone molo elegante...a 30mt dalla metro "Ecole Militarie"...personale molto disponibile!!!

    camere piccolissime...bagno minuscolo (per entrare nella doccia dovevo salire sul water)...televisione solo canali francesi ... camere non molto insonorizzate dai rumaori esterni!!!

    "It was exactly as expected. It was in a fabulous location on a lovely street near great cafes, the metro and the Eiffel tower. It was small, but it felt like home away from home. The staff was very welcoming." (97812713)

    The staff was terrific. The place felt like home, it was very cozy.

    The room was a bit tired looking.

    "If you want a great location hotel this is it! However the room size is very small, this includes the very small bathroom. The shower was fair but the temperature was annoying when it kept changing. The staff where pleasant but didn't seem to know about the surrounding restaurants or events on New Years eve. Overall not too bad but the price was a little high for what we had (no breakfast included)." (97075823)

    The hotel was literally 5 minutes walk from a full view of the Eiffel Tower and 10 to the base.

    The room was VERY small and the shower continually went from hot to cold depending on if someone else was showering in the building.

    the location of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the bathroom

    some humidity traces in the closet (bad smell) and in a corner of the ceiling I suppose (hope) this is not the case in all rooms...

    The room was spacious and the beds comfortable

    The room was on ground level (room 001) it was very hot and there was a noise from a generator that became a little annoying during the night.

    Very friendly and accomodating staff with local advice. Fresh continental breakfasts and clean comfortable rooms. Excellent location for walking to main 'attractions' and Metro at reasonable price too.

    "Hotel Prince is in a beautiful area of Paris with friendly, good and reasonably priced restaurants close by and within walking distance. A major plus was the fact that The Eiffel Tower was within a short 10 minute walk where we were able to start our Paris adventures each day. My wife and I were on our second honeymoon and we will stay at Hotel Prince again when we next return to Paris." (3304298474)

    My wife and I found the accomodation very comfortable and found the staff very friendly and helpful

    There was nothing to dislike about our accomodation

    "All in all, the hotel was good value for money. Very clean and for hot summer nights, the air-conditioned rooms were most welcome." (3305012020)

    The location was convenient to the event we were attending. It was very hot in Paris at the time, so the air-conditioned rooms were great! The woman at the front desk was wonderfully helpful and accommodating.

    The night guy on the front desk was less helpful and found even to simplest request, i.e., booking a taxi for early the next morning, very difficult. We ended up flagging down a taxi ourselves at 6:00 in the morning to make a 7:00 train.

    "Very easy to get to from Gard du Nord on Metro - Ecole Militaire good station. Opposite hotel is Bus 80 into town or as far as Montmartre all for one ticket each trip! Rooms small but clean - better than expected after all I had read and heard about in Paris. Did not get to breakfast but plenty of bistros nearby in Rue Cler for food. Great for setting out from and lady at reception used to be a tour guide and can help you with anything you need. Although on a busy road, no problem sleeping and air conditioning in the rooms although centrally controlled." (3304412692)

    Location was super - literally round the corner from Ecole Militaire and 10 mins walk to the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Good beds and clean linen and towels. Safe in wardrobe free of charge - good to know

    The room was slightly musty with obvious signs of a water leak - one wall quite mouldy. Mainly visual, but slightly disconcerting!

    very friendly and helpful staff. my husband was quite sick and they helped arrange a small breakfast for him in the room. we were only 3 blocks form the eiffel tower and a close walk to alot of attractions.

    the shower/tubs should be enclosed so that proper showers could be taken. it could be awkward for an elderly couple to kneel down in a tub. the breakfast could definitely be improved upon..perhaps some warm food? but these are just some minor observations.

    I think that the staff on reception during out stay were fantastic, very frinedly and helpful in booking things for us and also advising on the best places to go. Rooms were tidy and clean, bathroom very nice (bath in particular) and the hotel was very quiet.

    Breakfast was not as advertised, advertised as an English Breakfast this was a continental breakfast with cold meat and cheese. Tea and Coffee facilities in the room would have been great.

    "I would have like to have known what room had been allocated, had i been aware i was given a ground floor room with little natural light i would have requested a another room. We had to have the lights on during the day when in the room. The room itself was well presented, kept clean by staff, and was of a good size. Whilst we enjoyed a hot late summer, the excellent air-con kept our room at a plesent temperate." (2642998)

    The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for sight seeing.

    The location is great, just few blocks from Eiffel Tower, good cafes and bistros, metro station, turistic bus, among others

    "Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Hotel was not as central as I had thought it was, being a good 20min walk to the Champs Elysee, although vey close to the Eiffel Tower. I thought that the hotel rating was three star however the hotel displays a two star rating from the tourism board (even though it seems to be more of a three star standard). The only reason that I would not stay at the hotel again is because of the location, and it does seem a bit overpriced for a two star hotel." (2536883)

    Very clean rooms and bathroon. Frienldy and helpful reception staff.

    No shower screen over bath, therefore bathroom floor bacame very wet when using shower.

    "We would stay at this hotel on a future trip to Paris. The room was small (regular double room), but when you're in a place like Paris, you expect this - you're in town to see Paris, not a hotel room. It was adequate for our needs size-wise. The staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet is good and has a good variety. The elevator is the size of a very small closet, but again, not unusual for Paris. You can't beat the location on the Avenue Bosquet - close to the Champs du Mars and Tour Eiffel and several great restaurants (especially the Le Bosquet Cafe on the corner of Avenue Bosquet and AvenueChamps du Mars). You're only a couple of blocks from the Rue Cler market." (2368381)

    Close to Metro in a great neighborhood, friendly staff, good deal for money, good breakfast buffet, in-room safe, clean bathroom.

    Sheets were a bit well-worn and not changed regularly. It would be good to add an English language TV station, such as a news channel. Water temperature in shower was difficult to regulate. When you thought it got right it would start turning too hot and if you turned the dial till it seemed right again, it would turn too cold. The milk for the breakfast buffet was not very cold, but that could be something found elsewhere in Europe too.

    "I would have liked to know that it did not have access to internet nor coffee pot. Even without these two things our stay there was definitely worth it. We toured Paris, (and it was very very hot in Paris during the end of June) then, because of the location of our hotel right near access to metro or tour bus stops, we stopped in our hotel, refreshed in our air conditioned room, had some coffee, (we bought a little coffee pot) and/or water, and planned our next excursion in our very charming environment. We are pleased with our choice of hotel in Paris! We just have to pay extra attention to the description of hotel. We should have picked up on the fact that it had no coffee pot as it was not listed in hotel description/amenities. Even with those two minuses, I still recommend the hotel." (2305357)

    Efficiency and promptness of staff and reception. Immaculately clean air conditioned room and bath. Room had bar and a safe which we used. Great location of hotel! Easy access to Metro and atm machines, internet cafes, supermarkets, and quaint sidewalk cafes. Right around the corner from the Eifel Tower where we were able to buy tickets and hop on the 'Bus Rouge' a double decker tour bus, and also to buy tickets and hop on the 'River Seine' cruise. Charming area of Paris!

    The room was a bit small for our two big garment bags, computer bag and backpack. There was a closet which my husband was able to hang his garment bag. I laid out my garment bag across two chairs and a little side table which made it like one big drawer and easier for me to get dressed. There was no coffee pot. So, I think a larger room and a coffee pot would be two areas of improvement.
