    "The check in process was good. Room was OK but I would say it should be priced at around £30 level." (108127074)

    Fridge in room. I didn't need it but a good idea if people using room want to put food and drinks in it. Convenient location.

    Rather surprised that there was no curtain except a thin net curtain. The carpet had some old stains in it and the shelves were quite dusty.

    "We were all very surprised and pleased by the quality of this hotel. We didn't expect more than a roof above our heads and the usual "british standard" which sometimes isn't the best. But this was a pleasant surprise. We went to see a concert at Shepherd's Bush Empire, and this was just down the street. Extremely clean and fresh and the staff was nice and helpful. We are definitely coming back. :)" (108137174)

    Very clean and fresh, near Shepherd's Bush Empire, spacious and comfortable beds.

    We could hear people in the room above walk back and forth all night.

    Für Londoner Verhältnisse o.k. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis o.k. Frühstück überraschend gut (Es wurde Continental angeboten, es wurde zumindest teilweise englisches Frühstück bereitgestellt.

    Zur Zeit Baustelle wegen Renovierungsarbeiten. Durch abgestellte Fliesenpakete teilweise recht enge Flure.

    "Great value for money, more than I ever expected" (107977326)

    For £42, I expected a cockroach palace (since I booked on the internet) - I was delighted with the cleanliness throughout, the fact that I had a tv and fridge in the room, and that breakfast was really good (choice of eggs, beans, toast, marmalade, juice and tea and coffee) - it was beyond my expectations. - Really very impressed...it cost me more money to travel to and from Brighton than it did for accommodation. But, that's not a good reason to raise the rates. I saw a lot of European guests at breakfast, including families. This is good value and a good product. Don't get greedy and change that, cause then business will suffer..

    "Bigger than I expected, very good chinese takeaway (and over-priced off-license) over the road and thanks to the free wifi and ever-present laptop, I could watch iPlayer. If 'WiFi' and 'Space' are your key criteria, go for it. If you want any kind of sophistication.. stop looking for hotels under 50 quid, cheapskate." (107893509)

    This was a cheap, convenient-for-TVC option with a free public wifi network. The room was big and clean.

    The shower was impossible, alternating between hot and cold - the water dripping from the room above was of a more consistent temperature: a fact more entertaining than useful. The telly was balanced on top of the (standard, domestic) fridge, which wasn't level so when it came during the night, would clatter back and forth. Over the sirens. The man on reception burped in my face when I arrived.

    Really nice stuff, our room was nice and clean

    The breakfast isn't continental, you get eggs and toast with jam...although it was delicious!

    Extremely helppful and friendly staff both over telephone before arrival and on check-in and departure! Reasonable rates,very convenient to Empire on Shepherd's Bush Green,and to Pubs, corner shops etc as well as new Westfield Complex and of course tubes.

    Unfortunately I drove so bit the bullet and paid for 24 hrs (£24.50) at Westfield but it worked out fine. Room had just been painted so we all got high (!) And alarm was being tested next morn at 11.00am but it was time to go anyway (and reception assured us he was not trying to shift us!)

    Sounds like reasonable solution for low budget travelling.

    Nearest tube station was 10 -15 min. walking. (because one was closed for repair) Breakfast was a little overcrowded. (small room)

    "We both said we would stay at this Hotel again as it was such good value for money. It is also worth noting that it is situated half a mile outside the congestiion charging zone and there are 2x tube stations nearby." (107197238)

    Most impressed with the level of cleanliness, every part of this hotel was spotless. Kitchen staff were very friendly.

    Our room was in the Basement right under the reception so we were woken with the noise above early both mornings.

    Some rooms were quite small and we were spread over two buildings. Also on a busy road so could be noisy.

    "The hotel was clean and quiet and in a good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small and basic, but it was clean and warm and had everything that was needed (like a kettle and tea!) All we needed was an inexpensive place to sleep whilst we had a weekend break in London, and this fitted the bill perfectly. It is very handy for the tube and dispite being on a main road the room was quiet." (97065166)

    Price ok by London standards

    Hotel staff planned to move personal belongings on our second day to a different room without even asking. This appeared to be apparentely a common practice in this hotel as other guests (from Spain I believe) had the same bad experience and were logically very upset. 2nd room that we were put in was cold, heaterS (central and back-up electrical)were not operational

    The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

    We were only provided with one towel and there wasn't much toilet roll. I had to go and ask for another towel and some more toilet roll - the staff were very quick to help though. The coffee at breakfast was instant and really poor. There was no remote control for the tv. The light in the room was controlled from outside the room - which we didn't find out until the middle of the night when somebody else turned it on and woke us up. The light switch in the room wouldn't work to switch the light on, when we got back from our evening out, so we had to put the bathroom light on and leave the door open.

    "The hotel is close to an underground connection. The wireless Internet access is beneficial for business and leisure travelers with a personal computer. It was nice to have a small fridge to store food and drinks. As there are steep stairs to climb to the room, travelers with large heavy suitcases may struggle with these conditions." (97651308)

    The location was close to the underground and conference hotel for my event to prevent the need for the additional cost of a taxi.

    The shower curtains should be checked and replaced if they are not clean.

    "Got a tad confused about paying, i.e. paying at arriving not at booking as generally I'm used to paying at booking but it won't be a problem in future. Basic hotel but that's what I need, don't need all this posh stuff. Some cracked walls but eh, I come from a working class background I settle for what I have and what I had was sound.     "La prenotazione e il soggiorno sono stati buoni, non è un posto lussuoso, bisogna sapersi accontentare. Aspetto positivo il fatto di poter entrare e uscire dall'albergo in piena autonomia.     L'albergo è in una zona servita da mezzi pubblici e con numerosi locali aperti 24 ore...tutto nella semplicità e nella modestia

    There was a lot of hot water in the shower any time of the day. I was not cold because the heating was always on and the fridge was working properly. The room, toilet and shower was very clean and fresh.

    Some channels on the t.v. wasn't working properly. Maybe because of the bad reception. The walls are quite thin I heard a couple having sex during the night. The room and toilet was a bit small.

    The quantity of breakfast was great! The quality of the fittings.

    No yoghurt's or cheese for the continental breakfast No option of a full British breakfast with bacon, sausage, tomatoes and mushrooms for breakfast.
