    Nice, clean and spacious room. Just what I was looking for to come back to after visiting my friends in the area.

    I was surprised that I had to, as a hotel guest, pay for parking.

    Hotel very busy with flight staff/children.All handled very well. Very clean and helpfull. A 10 minute walk to Hatton Cross bus and tube station which is great for London centre access.Then a free bus trip to Heathrow airport central bus station if required. Nice to have something for free for once !!.

    Evening restaurant meals too costly for what they were serving but bar meals were great even at 10.00 pm when we returned from Wimbledon

    Convenience to airport, reasonable value for money,

    double beds too small for 2 adults, single bed too short for tall single person. Bed linen too heavy and no alternative offered - only doona or blacket but no additional sheet if using blanket alone. 3 people booked room but had to request towels for 3rd person at all Jury Hotels stayed at. We booked 2 rooms under our name with grandparents in one room, but they were not permitted to have breakfast without us being present, they went to 3 people to request earlier breakfast than group but refused until I arrived. Room was very stuffy and non smoking room seemed to have had smokers.

    booked using active hotels many a time, never took my card with me as the hotels usually automatically charge it however on this occasion they demanded to see the card however i was not told by active hotels that i would need to take my card as i never had had to before so had to borrow a friends card to pay for room, the hotel doesn't even accept bookings or payments over the phone.

    "This has been my third stay at Jury's Inn and love its location to the airport. I enjoythe hotel as a whole and would definitely stay there again if and when I am next in London." (107776118)

    Found the staff very courteous and helpful.

    The hairdryer. It would have been great if when you switched it on you did not have to hold the switch down all the time you were drying your hir.

    When we checked in to the hotel everything was fine and the staff were nice.

    No room service, poor customer service, very rude and not helping at all. trying to overcharge when checking out and argued with us. Will never stay there again!

    very nice hotel very well presented

    the only bad point was that i asked for two twin rooms and got a twin and a double i had to ask for the sofa bed to be made up which was not very comfortable.

    Room was functional , clean , quiet (surprising as watching planes landing from window) , breakfast ordered if required on the day not beforehand. Convenient for bus station to avoid driving on night out. Excellent shower powerfull and hot

    Good value. Transport links are good although Hatton Cross tube closed when we needed to use it. Clean with a good bathroom. Good value.

    Restaurent closed when we arrived at 9pm. Food in the bar was very average.

    Desirable location (near the tube) Clean, comfortable accomodations, good value for money Friendly, professional staff

    Charges on our account at check out were not ours - they finally took off. (We were not at hotel during supposed dinner expenditure's time-frame ).

    Very good hotel and value for money. Nice environment and welcoming helpful reception staff.

    Service in the restaurant/bar was very poor due to inadequate number of staff available to meet demand. You must have been aware of guest numbers in terms of scheduling and due to football match etc, took too long to get served. Sometimes no staff available at all due to serving food at the same time.

    "We have used this hotel several times for overnights before/after flying and are likely to continue to do so. It suits this purpose very well. Not the hotel for people seeking olde worlde charme. " (107686339)

    Very well situated - close to Hatton Cross underground station, only one stop from Heathrow - can use underground, local buses or hotel hoppa. Clean and comfortable, with food available until late.

    Sadly as with most hotels, duvets on beds - you either roast underneath it or freeze without it. Fortunately a blanket is provided, but no sheet.

    Good high standard seen everywhere in the hotel. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely helpful.

    The car parking charge of £7 overnight when you are a paying guest.

    food at the restaurant is too expensive. 8 GBP for continental breakfast is way too much!!! Guys there is a crisis on..heard about it??? hm??? You might think of an alternative, small snacks & coffe or something. Btw my father was chief of the IHA for years....

    Check in - asked if there was a room on a lower floor than the 6th, was placed on the 6th. Restaurant - Ordered a meal, it wasn't as described as on the menu

    Hotel Hoppa -It was winter and extremely cold. At the airport the bus did not park in the zone specified and therefore I waited almost two hours. As the first bus did not stop when I emerged from the waiting room. Hence I stood out in the freezing weather to await the next bus.(It is an hourly service unlike the others which are every 20 to 30 minutes.

    Lovely atmosphere, good food and wine in the bar area. Room clean and sufficient for our purposes.

    The receptionist advised the nightly rate was different to what I had been quoted 88 not 68. Also a early morning call was booked for 6.30am, but it was not received, when questioned with the same receptionist she advised she had put the call in for 8.30am - not good at all and could have left us late for our flight. It appears the receptionist has a problem with her 8's and 6's. At times the receptionist was hard to understand.

    Clean, quiet and a relaxed atmosphere. Has a small shop stocking newspapers and forgotten essentials e.g. toothpaste.

    Given its location (Heathrow) it would have been nice if the restaurant had opened earlier for breakfast. 6 a.m. is of little use for early departures. The option of soap bars instead of just Dove shower cream etc. would have also bee nice.

    No insulation between rooms. Didnt get any sleep due to person in next room with television on and snoring from other room next door. Food in retaurant very poor quality.
