    Quick, efficient and cheap as right next to Heathrow

    Parking charge - phoned and was told £7.00 for 24 hours but on arrival only 14.00-14.00 window and I was staying 21.00-20.00 so parking then £25.00 - not clear that differential hours means differential charge.

    Spaceous, clean, bath, good restaraunt, close proximity to airport. Good value for the money we paid.

    Toilet system very noisy. Maybe faulty. forgot to mention to staff.

    The front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The lobby and restaurant facilities were attractive. The best feature was the overall value.

    Quick efficient check in and out.

    Bar area very shabby and a rough looking crowd, like a cheap pub. I knew Jury's as a more high class hotel but cannot complain because good value for money.

    Close to Heathrow, reasonable price, good food

    Crowded and poor traffic control at very small hotel entrance. It was teeming rain, there was no port-cochere and a bus was blocking our access to the entrance, hence we got soaked going into the hotel.

    Online registration and Check in very easy and efficient

    Toilet seat broken, light above mirror not working. Bed very small for two people. Bar food terrible. One of the worst hamburgers I have ever eaten

    Good value for money but there's only a bar for leisure ,maybe have a pool table or gambling machines for use..

    "Pleasant and convenient (so close to airport you can almost see the people in the planes as they land BUT the glass on the windows in very thick and you can't hear a sound. Interesting)." (108657167)

    Overall stay good; accommodations adequate with lovely view of a horse farm! Very clean room.

    -Should tell people when they check in to use computer in lobby as the computer in room kept going off TV screen. -Asked for iron and ironing board and they were brought right away; should supply rooms with those. -Hit head on little shelf over sink in bathroom when bent over to wash face. -Short-handed in dining room but staff hussles!

    "Hotel has everything needed and is a great stay. One of the best hotels visited. Price is great if you don't mind the long commute in and out of londan central Jurys inn can cost half the price of one of the cheapest hotels in central Londan, and can cost a third of the price of Londan's quality hotels. I would not recomend trying to save money in Londan central as these hotels are not much cheaper than one of Londan's quality hotels; when trying to save money iff you don't mind the comute it's best to stay at Heathrow. Finally Jurys Inn is very close to the airport and depending on where your room is situated you can see planes comeing in to land as well as taking off. Jurys Inn is a great place to stay."     Hotel close to underground network. Secure rooms with key-card access to elevators. Freindly staff. Good breakfast. Night bar has lively atmosphear. Shop in hotel has good selection (everything needed could be found) hotel has good parking facility that is priced fair. Bar has airport information letting you know arrival and departure times and weather arrivals and departures are on time or delayed.

    Internet booking make it look as though breakfast is included (bad wording) leading to looking as though we were trying to get free breakfast. Underground Journey 1 hour away from londan central; although price of room is good it might be usefull paying extra expence (although expect to pay up to three times as much as your stay at Jurys Inn Heathrow) to stay in central londan especially if time is limited.

    "I will never stay at this hotel again. Their L55 rate should have been clearly advertised as a special rate for only one night. Any other hotel would have had adequate waiters in their food service. And any other hotel would have offered a refund for the inedible food that I was served. I have received much more reasonable rates and more friendly service at Park Inns in the London area." (107824280)

    I had booked a reservation for L55 for a Sunday night. The room was fine. The waiters in the bar were understaffed but tried to wait on tables asap.

    I wasn't aware that the L55 for Sun. night was a special rate until I made a reservation later to include Sat. night. Then the rate amount of L179 was outrageous in comparison. I ordered dinner in the bar Sun. night, a baked potato with prawn and sauce filling. The 'baked' potato was only partially baked and partially raw. The prawns and sauce were room temperature. I tried to get a waiter's attention but they were too busy. I finally gave up, left the cold food, and went to my room. I reported this to the desk clerk the next morning and she said 'sorry,' but did not offer a refund of any kind although I suggested that a refund would be appropriate.

    Nice, clean and spacious room. Just what I was looking for to come back to after visiting my friends in the area.

    I was surprised that I had to, as a hotel guest, pay for parking.

    Hotel very busy with flight staff/children.All handled very well. Very clean and helpfull. A 10 minute walk to Hatton Cross bus and tube station which is great for London centre access.Then a free bus trip to Heathrow airport central bus station if required. Nice to have something for free for once !!.

    Evening restaurant meals too costly for what they were serving but bar meals were great even at 10.00 pm when we returned from Wimbledon

    Convenience to airport, reasonable value for money,

    double beds too small for 2 adults, single bed too short for tall single person. Bed linen too heavy and no alternative offered - only doona or blacket but no additional sheet if using blanket alone. 3 people booked room but had to request towels for 3rd person at all Jury Hotels stayed at. We booked 2 rooms under our name with grandparents in one room, but they were not permitted to have breakfast without us being present, they went to 3 people to request earlier breakfast than group but refused until I arrived. Room was very stuffy and non smoking room seemed to have had smokers.
