    The service was the main good point, it was excellent. The room and travelling to and from the hotel were very good as well.

    No bad points were experienced.

    Very pleasant hotel in a lovely quiet location (but very close to Warwick) and an excellent breakfast.

    Quiet, bed comfortable and shower hot in the morning

    No one on reception and wandered around for a few minutes looking for another reception area. Bedside lamp didn't work and lots of wiring behind the bedhead

    Nice roon easy accessable parked right outsde. No stairs to climb with heavy suit cases.

    Nice country location, parking immediately outside your door.

    It's a little small if you were going to be spending any amount of time in your room but it was fine for our purposes.

    rural, quiet, off main road, good local pub & Grand Union Canal

    building workers arriving at 8am belching and farting whilst sitting in their van which was parked within 10ft of the entrance to my motel room. Cars parked too close to rooms.

    "Our stay at Haseley Coach Motel was very good. We were welcomed on the Friday night by cheerful staff and the staff throughout the weekend were always cheerful and accomodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Parking was right outside your front door and you could come and go as you pleased. The room was small but comfortable and well decorated." (3304263650)

    Room small but very well furnished. Clean and modern decoration. Bed very comfortable.

    "I wouldn't recomend this hotel. It was ok however we were not allowed in the main part after 7.30 so were limited to our rooms. The staff were not welcoming, it seemed we had just interupted on their family life, we spent over £220 for one night. Had the bar been open longer than 30 mins in the pm and we not had a power cut, and my parents been allowed into the hotel instead of suffering a rude check in (they were there at 8.00pm as I had advised as I booked)we might have had an alright stay as breakfast was good. My advice would be stay in the Falcon pub up the road, excellent food, atmosphere rooms and only £49 a night!!" (3304015117)

    Liked having own front door. Lovely location. Excellent beer when allowed in bar (or even main hotel!!), good breakfast

    Service, staffing, facilities available, atmosphere, welcoming, heating, hot water. We were locked out of mail area of hotel and had booked 3 rooms so thought this was a little pants. I think it perhaps should advertise as a motel on certain days.

    Staff, service and food were excellent.

    Quality of the showers could be better. Hotel and room could have been a little cleaner. Room could havehad a few extra touches in the room. The appliances in the room could have been newer.

    "The hotel was very easy to find, it was ideally situated for my business needs, being only 20 minutes from the Warwick industrial estates. The hotel was situated in a quiet location thus aiding a goods night sleep. The staff were very helpful and considerate to the solo traveller." (2784910)

    "This is a lovely accomodation, very easy to find and well-signposted, and the welcome is very warm and professional, everybody was very polite during our stay. It is set in an ideal position, you are near Warrick castle and the shops, and if you didn't want to eat at the house there are some nice pubs nearby. I would reccomend Haseley House to anybody who wants a nice, well-run quiet retreat during their stay in Warrick." (2665267)

    Location was extremely convinient, hotel was set amongst lovely grounds and staff were exceptional.

    "A lovely family run hotel, the staff were pleasant and polite and very accommodating. The views and the grounds were spectacular and ensured a very pleasant ambience. The room was lovely but it needed more electrical sockets and a bath, possibly a lick of paint if we are being picky, otherwise very comfortable and spacious. Well recommended and would go back."     Its location was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day of travelling. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

    The bathroom only had a shower and after travelling i would have liked a nice soak in the bath but this is just something personal.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful

    Reception could be more clearly marked. It would have been nice to stay in the main house as there were not many guests staying, rather than being housed in the 'stables'.

    The room was large, comfortable and had real character (including a four-poster bed). The bathroom was clean and well kept.

    Some external repainting would improve first impressions.
