    "I would stay again without hesitation and make a point of dining with them as this was a particuarly good experience" (107434387)

    Greeted on arrival by a pleasant member of staff, bed was comfortable and all room facilities worked. Food was excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable

    Had to turn on radiators as room was cold on arrival and loo seat was damaged. some lamps not working

    My partner and I received a warm welcome. The food was vey good and the service we received was from the staff was second to non.

    When I booked my room on line, I selected a room with a four poster bed and when i got to the hotel I didn't have one. After speaking to the manager he apologised and give us a complimentary bottle of Champagne. The loo block twice during our two day stay.

    "The hotel staff were happy in their jobs, which reflected in the warm welcome and great relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel was situated in a quiet area which was great for a relaxing time." (97824770)

    The staff were warm and welcoming, approachable and had a really good sense of humour.

    "This is a pleasant hotel, although not as grand as other Georgian house hotels we've stayed in, which is probably reflected in the price. Its location is reasonable, but on the edge of a semi-light industrialised area, although the hotel is reasonable insulated from it. Don't expect views though. Our room was pleasant, but plain. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was extremely good. We didn't have dinner there (there was a wedding party), but the menu looked good. Fortunately, think Georgian walls meant we did hear a sound from the wedding." (3305120807)

    Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

    Room was plain, but adequate. It was a bit hot.

    "The function facilities were hosting a large party in the evening. It wasn't a problem for me, as I enjoyed the late night fireworks, but some of my colleagues were in rooms closer to the event, and the karaoke went on until 02.00 hrs.Not great when you have conference the next day! If I had had one of their rooms, I would like to have been told that there would a late party on the premises." (3304883028)

    Beautiful room, with lovely view.Generous tea, coffee and bicuits in room.Very comfortable bed.

    Very relaxing and quiet - exatcly what we wanted and more.

    Locality - in the middle of an industrial estate / shopping estate - no where to walk to nearby.

    Quiet, warm, comfortable. Friendly staff, great food. Excellent service.

    Nothing to dislike - but - the noise from the fan in the bathroom was excessive and made it impractical to use. Also a shelf adjacent to the handbasin for toiletries, etc. would be a big asset.

    heavier curtains at window as lights opposite were bright. Shower was very weak.

    Breakfast. service was poor and the buffet wasn't always available and when it was it was poorly stocked

    "Hadley Park hotel is situated in quite an unusual area, the area surrounding it seems more industrial and you would not think you would be greeted by such lovely accommodation on reaching your destination. The hotel location is idyllic, it was quiet and on arrival being greeted by loads of small bunny rabbits playing on the grass was a wonderful sight to behold. The entrance was quite grand in an understated kind of way, which added to its charm. Once inside the welcome was extremely friendly and efficient, which was the same on checking out. Definitely an excellent find!" (2679849)

    it combined all the characteristic charm of a truly traditional style hotel which was warm and welcoming but the amenities were modern and had everything one needed

    Location:convenient just outside Telford but with rural setting. Friendliness and efficiency of staff.

    Noise from Wedding reception made it hard to sleep Sat night.
