    Room was good size and clean

    There was no ironing facilities or hairdryer in the room. We were provided with an ironing board & iron when we requested it and we had brought our own travel hairdryer.

    "The hotel is centrally placed for touring the outskirts of Dublin and is also located on a main radial route to the city centre. Although the hotel is not situated in a particulary scenic area, the excellant fusion food from the Kudos restaurant made our stay most enjoyable." (99595150)

    Comfortable bed, pleasant layout of appartment, tasteful decor and cleanliness of bathroom.

    Door to balcony was locked, preventing access.

    Modern clean hotel in a good location for my requirements

    Rooms were far too hot and noisy. When window was opened the traffic noise was unbearable.

    Spacious well decorated rooms. Its location was excellent. Close by Liffey Valley Shopping centre.

    The water in the bath/Shower was freezing and we had to run it for 7 minutes for it to heat up. The disco next door was very loud and did keep us awake.

    OK, a standard out of the city hotel. Good parking and easy to find. we didn

    You could make a simple A4 to help to use the public transport. When coming back from the city we took the wrong (+1) bus stop and it was interesting to walk to the hotel (also dangerous)

    Rooms were clean and spacious, good tea /coffee making facilities, check in staff very friendly and helpfull.

    mini bar was not stocked. Beakfast was very poor. we were put into the bar at a table for 4 for a family of 5. We waited almost 25 minutes before we had to squash in an extra place setting.We began with breakfast and got our tea as we were preparing to leave. Very poor, no staff, very disapointed.

    "The hotel, reception staff & swimming pool were TOP QUALITY. We booked the weekend as it was a special birthday for my husband (40) & you will see from your records I emailed the hotel in advance to book a table in the resturant (5 adults 2 children) on Saturday 13th May to celebrate his birthday. We were seated in the resturant at 7.50pm & ordered our meals / drinks within 15mins. It took 1 1/2 hours for the food to arrive at 9.20pm & my meal was wrong. The two childrens steaks were also cooked rare & bloody, as the resturant manager confirmed that 2 well done steaks were ordered & these were replaced arounf 9.40pm. My children are 10years & 4 years so were very tired by this point that they did not eat their food & generally the evening was spoilt. Having stayed in many many hotels, I feel that your resturant services were incompetant & having asked to arrange the booking in advance, we were BADLY let down & spoilt a special birthday meal. As other familys were also complaining that evening in the resturant, I feel that this one area of the hotel, probably give the whole hotel a bad feeling that evening.     "Overall a great hotel with excellent staff. Would visit again in the future. One of the only things wrong is the fact it is out of town, which isn't a bad thing but food shops, offlicence etc are missed. That's not a critisism of the hotel though just general information." (3304327915)

    The room and service was fantastic. Also very clean rooms with good beds for a good nights sleep.

    The facilities in the room eg mini bar and phone. You should not have to pay money just to access these facilities. They should be paid for at the end when paying your bill.

    As this Hotel is brand new the total decore was in excellent condition, rooms very comfortable and relaxing.

    The rooms could do with a trouser press installed as this is a standard most hotels I stay in operate. Unfortunately one of the lifts on stopping at ground level stopped at least 2 inches below floor level, could have caused a servere accident.

    "I found the hotel to be excellent overall however my experience of it was soured due to the fact that I requested a 7.00 am early morning call which I did not receive. When I informed the receptionist at 8.00 pm of the fact she checked to see if the request was made and confirmed that it had been made, shruged her shoulders and offered no kind of apology.     "The only thing we would like to have known on booking was why we could not book bed and breakfast as one booking. We had to ask for breakfast to be added on when queueing up on our first morning. More offers should be displayed on your internet site." (2877534)

    clean, spacious and very comfortable.

    Odd appearances of extra costs kept appearing on our bill but was put right when we questioned it. Breakfast time was a bit slow, running out of milk, butter, cheese and bread, probably due to the hotel being well booked. Otherwise service was excellent.

    "In general the overall stay was a lovely relaxing break, we enjoyed going shopping at the nearby Liffey Valley Centre and then checked in before heading for the pool, I felt comfortable and secure allowing my daughter to have a swim as I made use of the steam room. It was lovely being in a smoke free environment and the bar food was great. All staff that I came into contact with were very approachable and helpful. We both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and found it handy being so close to a cinema complex for a bit of evening entertainment. Not having been in that area before I found it very straight forward the next day to go shopping in Dublin's city centre. Room and bathroom lovely and also very clean. Thank you" (2806251)

    Felt secure staying there - one adult and child, really liked the no smoking policy, good sized room, leisure facilities very nice too, enjoyed a meal from the 'wok' in the bar and made use of the nearby shopping centre and cinema - have already recommended it to family and friends as the ideal location if you want to stay just outside Dublin City Centre - I hope to be fortunate enough to stay again and my daughter loved the games on the television also. Thanks

    Not too sure about the Egyptian cotton - would have liked a sheet on the bed also and could hear the man in next room talking until after 2am, but was unsure what to do about it ... maybe if it had said in the hotel guidance to report any disturbances to staff - or maybe it already does?
