    REASONABLY CLEAN. WELL SITUATED.

    TRAET GUESTS LIKE CRIMINALS MAKING THEM PAY 35 EOROS EXTRA PER NIGHT IN ADVANCE "IN CASE" OF DAMAMGE. WITHDRAWING THAT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WHEN i WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS ONLY A "PROVISION". THEREFORE BOTH STEALING FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND LYING ABOUT IT. THEN WHEN I HAD MY BANK STATEMENT SAYING THIS HAD HAPPENED REFUSING TO BELIEVE ME BY EXPENSIVE PHONE CALL FROM SPAIN AND DEMANDING EVIDENCE WHEN ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS CHECK THEIR ACCOUNTS.

    excellent room; food especially good in restaurant; staff extremely helpful and polite - including cleaning staff.

    none really except bulbs in some lamps in room not working. Worst point, no light over mirror in bathroom for shaving/make-up.

    don't really have any goo points

    only one towel in room when there were 2 of us staying, not even a towel for the next day. air con wan't working and considering you couldn't open the window it was far to hot in the room.the bedding was tatty, the quilt cover didn't cover the whole of the quilt.the service the foloowing morning when we went downstairs for coffee was terrible, we had to keep asking for our change, they would make the coffee at the bar leave it there for ages while trying to find change and how to work the till, so by the time we received the coffee it was cold.

    "Arriving at 3 am, the staff were very welcoming and whilst we were parking the car arranged for the room to be warmed up. The check out staff were very good and guided up with information and maps to get to various places in Coventry. Being upgraded to a suite was an extra bonus. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay."     Restaurant staff very good although we were up sick most of the night

    We ordered morning paper did not get one or a morning call and was charged for breakfast even though we were unable to eat it

    "A great place for a weekend break, near most of the local 'attractions', 5 min walk from train station, 10 from bus station. Overall very pleased." (97981231)

    Nice and clean with very friendly staff. Room was good size, with a decent T.V, Kettle and Shower. Beds were comfy.

    No air-con or opening window, so room got a bit stuffy. Location wasn't great to get to, but once inside the hotel it didn't matter.

    The bar was open for as long as we wanted it.

    I really could not get the hang of internet access in the bedroom using the TV - the mouse was uncontrollable. So I was charged £6.50 for internet access and it was a complete failure so a waste of money.

    "A little difficult to find. A comfortable hotel to stay in and great breakfast. Due to daughter eating for free also thought it was good value as was the room rate. Check in and out was very efficient and smooth and would definately stay again if needed a hotel in the area. Would always consider a ramada hotel when booking a hotel in the future." (97638050)

    "very reasonable rate per night, in a very good location in the centre of Coventry. very comfortable and very clean, room air conditioning is excellent keeps the room very warm or cool depending on what you require, would definately stay here again." (97399724)

    Very helpful and friendly staff, very pleasing on the eye (Kate), Bar open well into the early hours.

    No swimming pool, very small gym.

    Top floor, nice clean room, nice views

    Room very cold, timer on central heating clock totally out of time. The stay was spoilt as we could not relax as the room was so cold especially for me 12 year child. we had been out all day and wanted a nice warm room

    the closing of the bar cash til before the bar closed.i dislike the transferr of extra bills onto my room bill.the bar till closed early.I then left the bar when this occurred.

    "Whilst the building is a typical multi storey type built in the late Eighties the rooms were functional and clean, the toilet facilities were of a good standard with up to date shower fittings. The entertainment equipment was good with a reasonable choice of TV or films, the internet facility worked but the mouse controlling the curser was a little stiff and difficult to use but that might have been just specific to our rooms unit. The internet costs were not displayed, for the limited use that we made of facility it was relatively expensive but this may be the usual pricing levels. Unfortunately my trip was curtailed and the stay was cut short by a day as I had to return to Hong Kong, whilst Coventry may not have the mystic of other places that the Ramada Hotel chain are located, it was an enjoyable experience."     Room was excellent. Reception staff were very helpful, both before we arrived when we had phoned for extra directions and also when checking in.

    We liked the room, the food was OK ( wouldn't expect whole tinned tomatoes in minestrone soup or arriabata sauce though!) but the service in the restaurant left a lot to be desired (see below).
