  "I warmly recommend this hotel- its not flash at all or grand, but central and clean and quiet enough with helpful proffesional staff." (48251135)

  great location -centre of town right next to arena-good soundproof windows -(double glazed so silent)Very helpful staff- let me leave my stuff in a room all day after checking out- and to come and go and change etc. Nice little place- walking distance to everything including station.

  Nothing, but it was next to a mcdonalds- a crime in Italy!

  "Friendly greeting on arrival - went out of way to allocate a requested room. Rooms good size and comfortable and clean. Our 2nd visit and we would'nt want to go anywhere else in Verona." (3304142653)

  The recently refurbished rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The air conditioning was fabulous (it worked and was cool). The room also had amazing shutters that blocked out all sun and noise.

  The reception staff could improve their service.

  "Good position for town visit. Generally OK for a single night but would not want to stay there for an extended visit. The inclusive breakfast is very good, but there is a need to choose your time because the breakfast room is small and can get over busy." (2817622)

  Good breakfast provided

  Room lighting and getting the Aircon to work properly. Also shower unnecessarily complicated for such a small bathroom with the water pressure set so low that it hardly sprays; more like a fast dribble.
