    Convenient to main stations.

    Air conditioning control faulty. On hottest night of the year it was either on with fans at full blast or off - nothing in between.

    helpful and pleasant staff. very good restaaurant food

    unclear billing- rerved with credit card on line but then paid with card on arrival. slight discrepancy in price so had printout with us to verify though still not clear on receipt which is the correct total. even the receptionist agreed it was confusing.

    "Very brief stay as arrived late and left early for the Chelsea Flower Show but enjoyed every minute we were there. Ate so much at breakfast didn't need to eat again till 4pm." (107800694)

    High standard of cleanliness in room. Bedding particularly good quality, looked brand new. Breakfst high standard and staff very helpful and efficient.

    None really. Just slight hiccup as booked B&B on internet and was not logged as including breakfast but this was very minor and was corrected immediately by reception staff.

    Very clean & modern. Centrally located.

    The hotel receptionist could not give us even simple information about London which is not a good sign when you are staying in a hotel in central London. We could hear all the noises our neighbours were doing, & when they open the door it is as if they were entering our room.

    Smart convenient clean modern hotel.

    Regrettably although I had booked and (I thought) paid online earlier in the day, the receptionist at the hotel did not think the rooms had been paid for and took credit card payment again when we arrived. That was a bit awkward.

    When I got to the hotel, I found that the reservation had not been passed onto the hotel and I was offerered the only room available - a room for disabled guests. I will not be booking hotels with this site again.

    nice internal room decor, bedside lights good. Chaise lounge/sofa a good idea

    horrible matgerial of curtains, dirty chair, tv left on standby (wasting electricity), noise from corridor, people talking and walking, closing doors, altough they were not being at all anti scoial, was far too loud from inside the bedroom

    "correct check in time... If a room is available.. why not do the check in? Time were mentioned on the website (I know) but they took care of our luggage in a verry professional way :) so finaly .. I only can give Good points to the hotel. I try to be there also next time when visiting the London City. Quality and Price are Customer benefit in this place ;)" (107368905)

    Nice hotel, price quality is verry good if you compare to a budget hotel ( £45-£55) . The qualiry really beats the price :) It is worth the £10 extra a night.

    No cheese at the breakfast? hmm maybe a little "continental" influence will be good. :) I like the Full English breakfast, but a piece of cheese (or raw bacon or wathever..) will be accepted for europeans ;)

    Convenient to tube. Clean and tidy rooms. Friendly staff. Late breakfast at weekends (noon)

    Poor water pressure in the shower.

    staff did offer money back when we stated that the room was damp and musty, however we felt it unfair to claim money back because we did stay the night

    bedding was damp to sleep in, room smelt of stale urine and musty and we were unable to open a window

    Premier Inns are always reliable

    I won't be booking through a third party again. Premier Inn had no record of my reservation, but luckily still had vacancies and the staff there were brilliant.

    Staff very helpfull and very pleasent.

    one bad point i found was not having a small jug of milk on the table, you actually had to leave your table to get your tea or coffee and when you got that you had to go to a differant area to get some milk to put into it. Think it would be good to have a small tube of tootpast and a brush in the room. I know you supply them at a small charge. But we have travelled alot and this was the first hotel that did not supply them. And this was the first time we did not have them with us as they were taking of us at the airport.
