    very well organised clean hotel with friendly staff

    I went to the hotel at bath road heathrow airport and got lost twice as hotel has inccorect postal codes. i used two different gps and ending up at the wrong end of batch road. 1st time hopelessy lost. you need to put detailed map on the hotel web site, like the other hotel at heathow has

    Value for money, convenient location for Heathrow, Food good and wine and bar prices very reasonable compared with other London hotels

    Computer system was down and so check-in was a major problem

    "The staff were fabulous, but I think you should have had the courteous to email me that there were renovations going on. I booked with plenty of time for you to inform me. As a result I'm not sure if I would stay again. The reason I picked the hotel was because of a recommendation from a friend who stays there frequently." (108637082)

    The staff were very helpful and courteous

    There was a problem with turning the TV on. We switched it on at the actual TV to make sure the light was on. The remote did not work properly and took us a number of minutes on our arrival and the next morning to get the TV on. The corridor had been freshly painted and the odour was in the room which made it unpleasant. If I had known there were renovations I am not sure I would have stayed at the hotel. It is also a little disconcerting when you are paying 89 pounds for a room with signs all around that quote 29 pounts.

    the price is excellent. The room was very clean

    the check in process was EXTREMELY slow - with only 1 member of staff seeming to attend. Moreover, the room had been recently painted and the corridor was being painted at the time I was staying - so there was a very strong paint fumes - which annoyed my asthma

    Wish you had free wireless internet access - available in most US hotels. Wish that the transportation to the hotel was more convenient - US hotels (in such close proximity) generally provide free pick and drop off (perhaps we have been spoiled).

    The room was very clean, and in a good size to stay. The staffs were kind, pleasant and they did care about customers.

    My friend and I had a lot of luggages to carry, but the room was too far from the lift.

    The room was very confortable. I found the staff were friendly and helpful. Due to my early start the next morning I did not have time to sample the breakfast menu but as I had previously stayed in a Premier Inn in Manachester I know the breakfast is of the best variety and quality. I would certainly stay again in a Premier Inn Hotel and would reccommend friends and family to stay in their hotels if the need arose.

    "We used the hotel for an extra 2 day stopover to see London before flying on to Chicago and Canada. A bit far out of town but a bus ride to the Piccadilly line took us straight into the city. Allow plenty of time to get into the city. Airport just 10 mins away by taxi." (108740916)

    Busy hotel but plenty of room, large lobby with lots of places to sit and quiet lounge to relax in after an evening meal. Good to have a coffee bar as well as a restaurant. Large restaurant, excellent food and good value for money. Buffet, all you can eat breakfast, very good value for 7.95. Rooms basic but clean and quiet for an airport hotel.

    Basic rooms, no clock radio by the bed. Limited TV channels and no pay per view movies available. Hotel shuttle to the airport would have been good. Hoppa bus 4.00 each person, cheaper to get a taxi for 4 of us at 12.00.

    Sound insulation between floors could be better or a little more consideration from noisy guests on 1st.& 2nd. Floors! Tea, coffee & milk in particular poor quality within the room.

    could use more signage to the elevator on the 2nd floor, and a short concrete ramp up from the driveway to the bus stop for people with rolling luggage

    the reception was badly organised.we had pre booked 4 weeks in advance. we asked for easy acsess room .was put in room 1119 a long way away, even when our turn came we waited at reception desk fot 15 mins.

    clean, efficient

    no ice, no top sheet on bed, no wash cloths, no bar of soap, do not like the liquid soap dispenser, no electic outlet for the computer if you use the kettle, please provide an outlet for the business traveler, internet charge too high per day when it costs nothing
