    Great location with the hotspot of Dublin within walking distance. Extremely friendly and efficient staff.

    "Very disappointing. Expected more from a Jurys hotel which was 219 euros for the night. This was booked for my young daughters 1st trip away with 'the girls' she expressed her preference for a recent stay in premier inn which was 69 euros for the night." (107849727)

    staff in hotel reception and at bar were friendly and helpful

    room was disappointing and bathroom not terribly clean or well equiped. No room service which was not well advertised on booking. Breakfast in restaurant dissapointing, toaster broken,food cold before it was replaced.

    "My family and i were really happy with this hotel. We were allowed to check in earlier than the established time, which was a big plus, cos we needed to rest after the trip. The location is fantastic, close to city centre, main attractions and good places to eat and pubs are available in a short walking distance. We will go back! " (107418768)

    Superb location, friendly staff

    Noisy guests. Only two sets of towels were provided and we were in a triple room.

    Hotel itself was quiet in that you weren't disturbed by other guests. Very important when staying there the night before a marathon!!

    nice view, good noise insulation from street, in house bar open late

    Bar could have been open later. Service in bar slowish. Hinge on bathroom door unnecesssarily strong. It closed sharply and with a loud bang, would have liked it to be able to stay ajar. Was a bit nervous of smoke damage marks over the wall light in case it was a faulty fitting, but not enuf to say anything I guess! Sounds from corridor quite loud, You could hear every word and of course guests spoke like they were on Patrick St.

    "Dublin hotels are expensive and this one offers comparatively good value for money. I have stayed in a lot better rooms in Jurys Inn hotels but it was clean and adequate." (97218769)

    Good facilities and location.

    Room was a little small for 3 people and it was noisy as it was on the front of the hotel which is on a busy road.

    "The main lobby area, bar and restaurant gave a false impression of the rooms. These areas were nice and clean and the staff were generally friendly. However, the rooms were small, the bed was very uncomfortable, the sheets had cigarette burns in them, there was lots of noise in the early hours of the morning from other guests and when we checked in they gave us a key for another guests room! Luckily they were not in there at the time but this could have been very embarrassing!! Although the location of the hotel was excellent, it was definately over priced and I was very disappointed."     The location was excellent

    When we checked in they gave us the key for someone elses room, it was extremely noisey at night, the room smelt of smoke, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the rooms was generally 'shabby'.

    "The accommodation was close to where we were going for our night in Dublin. The lobby and restaurant were also nice. The rooms were basic enough and the accommodation part of the hotel looked like it needed a paint and a carpenter in parts. However the hotel overall was ok and there were no problems." (97472456)

    "Generally very good - location, facilities and accomodation all excellent. The staff struggled to find our reservations, despite me giving them the booking reference, and the breakfast was extortionately expensive for what was offered, but other than that, very good. People should be made aware though that Good Friday is alcohol free in Dublin, and all the bars are closed!! We werent. Also, the hotel, being in the centre of town, does tend to have a few noisy people walking past late at night, but nothing too bad. The pub next door (out the doors, to the right - Bull & Castle) does the best food in the world. Seriously amazing food." (99133938)

    Location - absolutely central to everything. The rooms were clean, had everything we needed, and an amazing view.

    The breakfast. Far too expensive, and although not unpleasant, the cost at 13E was far too high. We walked around the corner to a cafe and paid only 7E for more food!

    Very enjoyable stay at the Jury's Inn Christchurch. Very good location and the staff were very accomadating.

    "The hotel, room and staff were all off an acceptable nature, the location of the hotel was very conveniant for us, and so therefore the most important aspect. No real complaints at all, our stay was enjoyable. the cleanliness of the room was fine, but probably the bathroom fittings were starting to become a little shabby maybe, nothing too terrible though" (99791394)

    It was very central to all the sights of Dublin.

    Couldn't control heat in bedrooms - too cold at certain times of the day. Windows also left open by Housekeeping.

    Very clean and pleasant staff please with the room excellent view of the castle. We didn't have a single complaint would recommend and certainly would come back to this hotel.

    I thought that the placement of the hotel made many different sites available for touring.

    It was a little warm in the room due to the hotter weather conditions.

    bells from christchurch clanging every hour on the hour ALL NIGHT!!! Had a terrible nights sleep. Shame as this hotel is very good value and generally very nice.
