    Zeer hulpvaardig

    eg veel lawaai van het verkeer. Gordijnen tekort, waardoor er steeds licht in je kamer is. Ontbijt minimaal,geen extra's omdat het b.v. Pasen is.

    A small clean adequate hotel in a perfect location for driving to if you are going to Wembley, which is only 5 mins on the tube. Will stay there again if we go to another event there.

    The hotel cost had gone up 200% in the 2 years since we used it. They only supplied UHT whole milk on their complimentary tea trays and for breakfast. Baring in mind a lot of people can't have whole milk now due to dietry problems we found it rather unusual. However, the Manager did not hesitate to send out someone to get us a fresh pint of semi-skimmed or skimmed milk!

    "It was a very good stay. The accomodation was very good with friendly helpfull staff and the the breakfast was perfectly adequate and plentifull." (108250194)

    The hotel was in a good location with easy traveling into central london. The hotel was clean with good facilities. The continental breakfast was excelent and the dining room was very clean and tidy. The staff where friendly but unobtrusive.

    The hotel was on a busy intersection and was quite noisy due to the traffic. It was awkward to get a wash due to the sink being badly positioned.

    Staff were friendly

    badly organised. This was a B & b not a hotel so £70 was way too expensive even for London. Breakfast room smaller tahn mine at home and woefully inadequate for the amount of guests. much further from Wembley stadium (on foot) than advertised.

    Friendly staff, easily accessible from tube, clean.

    Bit noisy as old, single glazed windows which needed to be open as it was hot and lots of traffic noise. Basic hotel.

    Very Clean What you would expect for cost Helpful staff local to transport links- one tube stop to wembley Basic cheap hotel if you are going to Wembley Stadium

    Area doesn't look very safe Ambulance station at the back of the hotel quite noisy.

    good use of free wi fi (except we didnt know we needed a password! which we had to ask for) - hotel was very clean, good facilities, tv was excellent (flat screen) bed was extremely large and very comfortable. free parking was a bonus.

    the breakfast could have been better if a cooked breakfast had been available. but it was nice to see Kellogs on the menu!

    Large room; secure parking; easy hotel to find; near to shops, restaurant & tube station; friendly staff; very clean

    TV had poor reception and kept turning itself off; only instant coffee at breakfast; TV/talking from adjacent rooms can be heard

    Nice hotel. Friendly staff....easy booking online. Hotel is close to some nice restaurants and places to eat for all.

    One bad point is that the hotel is situated on a very busy roundabout. The traffic was very noisy during the day and the night.

    Very nice staff, attentive and polite. Spotless, large room, newly decorated.

    Had room at front of hotel for Saturday and Sunday night. First night was good, but early hours of Monday morning traffic noise very bad, but this was pointed out on website.

    Cleanliness, staff and room size were excellent.

    Lack of chairs in the room. Small hairdryer was dangerous. Old fashioned windows, would benefit from double glazing.

    "Nice location for Central London attractions. Having an ambulance station nearby meant disturbed sleep during busy traffic periods. To be expected for London maybe but secondary glazing would eliminate much of the noise." (107301258)

    Traffic noise (The hotel is right on a busy roundabout, night staff took ages to come to answer the door despite saying 24 hour door service.

    Therooms were of very nice decor.

    The room had a strong smell of paint and was very hot inside. Furthermore the outside traffic could be heard all night, but as its an old building I'm not sure they're allowed double glazing, so perhaps secondary glazing could be thought of?
