    The room is a good size and the bathroom facilities excellent.

    The breakfast available is just continental and typical of hotels of this type. I am not sure that it is worth £5.00, however it is convenient

    Good value for money. Good choice at buffet breakfast. Close enough to walk into the city centre.

    Room a bit dusty.

    "Nice hotel, clean and efficient. Excellent value. It could be improved by providing guests with details of bus stops, so that they were able to travel in/out of the City and to/from the opera and Mermaid Quay." (108240231)

    Reception Staff, Household Staff and Breakfast Staff all very efficient and helpful.

    No plug in handbasin, standard lamp not working (bulb), someone had tampered with the Room Safe and removed one of the batteries. I left it well alone.

    "really good, served its purpose (spent 3 nights just to see a few of the sights) all were very easily accessible" (108683990)

    qute roomy to fit 4 people in, easy access to city, breakfast was good and value for money, kids were free for breakfast

    No mini bar fridge to keep milk cold for toddler.

    Clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were in good condition

    Wasn't warned that when i was paying for breakfast that breakfast was not a full English but continental which was very disappointing. This has to be the first time I have been to a hotel of this size and not been able to order a full English. This is one thing i thing this hotel should not cut back on

    Very nice room and location

    Unfortunately a group of highly disruptive guests checked in after midnight creating a disturbance in the corridors which woke us at 1 am, before setting off the fire alarm at 3 am, unfortunately spoiling an excellent stay. Even though breakfast was included, it was expensive in comparison with other hotels we stayed at on this trip.

    no wakeup call - this is a death knell for a business hotel!! no wireless internet (connection down) - and no ability for a back up option, ie, use of a computer to check email for those who can't use ethernet confusion at checkout

    Value for money, cleanliness, on site car park, room sizes and fairly new rooms etc

    Staff at check in a little abrupt when asking for two cards per room No doubt just busy, but vital when 2 adults staying in a room who are not a couple and going into town for the night

    short flush button on toilet did not work and long flush only worked if pumped down for a while with two hands. Reported on arrival that safe did not work but no-one appeared to deal with it so valubles were left in room.

    relatively cheap. comfortable beds

    Room excessively hot. safe not working. miserly amount of teabags & milk, electrical connection covered with foil on bed head.Room not made up in morning nor tea facilities renewed.only 1 toilet roll-no spare. no sanitary bags.

    Friendly staff, room was mostly clean, clean sheets etc.

    Rim of sink in Bathroom unclean. Looked like toilet needed bleaching. Remote control very dirty around buttons. Safe did not work. Overpriced breakfast (did not have because of this)

    All of the staff we encountered were extremely professional & helpful. The room, especially the bathroom, was of a good standard.

    Our room overlooked what looked like a redundant rail line but we discovered at 3am that this was not the case when some freight trains arrived & made an almighty noise resembling metal grinding on metal. We were also disappointed that there was no place within the hotel to get something to eat during the day especially as it was situated next to industrial buildings.

    Nice bathroom - pleasant staff.

    Many scuff marks on bedroom walls - hadn't been hoovered properly - bed was uncomfortable - air conditioning didn't work - in need of refurbishment.

    Really good quality room with great shower for price.

    Difficult to find even with hotel's directions.
