  "overall a very pleasant stay would certainly go again but for longer to make use of facilities better" (99761343)

  good food and leisure facilities and friendly staff

  only one complaint we were in room 135 and the quilt cover was badly stained however the sheets and blanket were fresh and clean also i didnt ask anyone to change it as it was obvious it had been cleaned and the stains were old ones that would not come out

  "We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel - the friendly staff, good accommodation, large pool were all a treat. If one was being picky, one could say that the children's menu lacked a little imagination - 3 options all served with chips and beans hardly gives a nod to healthy eating choices. What we did particularly like was the choice of music in the public areas - everything from Jimi Hendrix to Tamla Motown - a real fun trip down our musical memory lane! The staff, also, were friendly and welcoming and made us feel like valued guests. Would hope to pay return visit one day." (3305112317)

  Clean,spacious and kept this way throughout our stay by the domestic staff

  Unfortunately there was some daytime noise intrusion from works being carried out to rooms on the floor above. To be fair this was kept to reasonable daytime hours.

  "All our group enjoyed our stay. The pool,sauna, steam room, jacuzzi were great. Met some very friendly people in the leisure centre. Enjoyed the food, some great meals on the menu, particularly liked the mussels. Would recommend this hotel for a long stay as well as a short stay.Well placed, taxi to town cost about 8Euros.All rooms were large.Family room was very large." (3305461557)

  Clean,large,good facilities, food very good.Excellent staff.

  Nothing really, I could be picky and say bathroom needs upgrading but was perfectly clean.

  "I was disappointed when I saw the hotel for the first time, I thought it looked a little shabby from the out-side, but I was very pleased with the the interior and the excellent leisure centre facilities." (3304679338)

  "I was happy with Greenhills hotel overall. It met our needs. The only negative aspect was the decor of the room, however this maybe down to personal taste." (3304378577)

  The accomadation was good, it had everything we needed.We were staying there because we had a revision course in the area so the hotel met our needs. The staff were very nice and friendly as well as helpfull. The food was nice (especially the desserts), it was very good value for money.

  The accomadation was too basic. If I were staying on for leisure I would have been a bit dissapointed as the room was very dull and not cosey. The curtains and bed linen need to be updated a bit.

  "We enjoyed our stay. We found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and very convenient. The lounge area was also very comfortable after long days spent sightseeing." (3304484850)

  Convenience to Limerick City as well as to all the other major routes when we went out sightseeing. The pool was also a welcome respite for our daughter.

  The weekend staff was not as knowledgable as we hoped. She was not able to find us a mass schedule for Easter services at a local church, nor could she provide information about whether some tourist attractions would be open over Easter weekend.

  "Staff attention and food presentation were excellent. We used the leisure area for body massage which although over priced was very professional." (3304310491)

  Room requires a make over,

  Hair dryer operational but hose broken. Drawers in dressing table fall off runners.General room and bathroom cleaning not good. bathroom.

  Hotel facilities where fine although service in restaurant & braekfast area was very poor.

  Restaurant need to be looked did not fine the experaince enjoyable. I felt we were been rushed through our meal. Service at the breakfast was poor. Staff did not seem to be well trained. There were basic items such as plates etc missing form the buffet area on both mornings.
