The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and pleasant, and the location was great. I loved the bus stop being right in front of the hotel.
I was full at breakfast, but it would have been nice to have more of a selection.

First room in the bazement was really too small for a double bed. The second room on the first floor was much better

fairly quiet room, hotel provides a convenient location around Victoria, walking distance to underground and main line stations.
tiny room, very basic breakfast of cereal, toast and weak coffee served with the view to getting you out as quickly as possible, no concept of friendly, welcoming customer service.

Good clean hotel located in a quiet but central area.
Needed oxygen by the time we reached our rooms on the top floor! No lift!! i would definately request lower floors if staying again.

unser Zimmer lag im Untergeschoss, eher klein und dunkel, Frühstück ohne Abwechslung

hotel clean staff friendly and helpful room satisfactoy
I was on the 4th floor and without a lift, it was murder going up and down those stairs

"Hotel Victor is adequate for an overnight stay on the way to somewhere else. I wouldn't stay here as the main hotel for a holiday in London. I think elderly or infirm people should be forewarned about the stairs and absence of a lift. However, the room itself was clean. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. Bearing in mind this is a London hotel, the cost was reasonable. I would recommend the hotel as a convenient one night stopover but with the reservations outlined above." (97403654)
Inexpensive, bedroom and breakfast room were clean, convenient for Victoria railway & coach stations, several restaurants & pubs nearby
Bedroom on fourth floor and no lift, no assistance offered with suitcase, stairs & landings were scruffy - need redecorating

was more like a hostel then a hotel...a very expensive hostel at that. Bed had holes in base and blanket looked decidedly dirty.

The hotel was clean and tidy with fresh linen and adequate tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was nice and the staff pleasant and helpful.

Clean, comfortable Staff welcoming and polite
Room very noisy as on front of hotel so didn't get much sleep as coaches going down road pretty much all night. Room warm - needed window open Wallpaper paint a bit shabby - needs redecorating

the cleanliness and the cosiness of the room was very good . we felt very relaxed withing the room without any noise .the coffee and tea provded within the room was a very good thing to make it anytime and relax. the next day we faced this problem as one of my frends hadnt come back and we had to check out . the receptionist was very helpful and helped me to put the lugaage with them until my fren returned and i could go out wihtout any tension. that was a very sensible thing of him to allow it.
the soaps of the shower room can be changed for hygenic reasons . tooth paste must be also provided atleast when we request they could have bought it .

"The hotel was very convenient for the Victoria Apollo and Victoria station and very good value for money we paid £69 for a small double which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is less than 10 min walk from Victoria station or Pimlico tube station with plenty of restaurants and pubs in the area" (97206510)

"We really had an impression that the room would be ratter larger than it was, and that was also how it was presented by the website. apart from that. this is the first time we have stayed on Belgrave road, which is a nice enough area, and centrally located. We have sincce been told of what to expect with respect to the size of London Hotel rooms. and in that connection, i would say we got value for the money. but again. Your staff are excellent, and the location is the same." (97599399)
the staff. they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. this goes for all of them, both at the desk and in the kitchen. location: with the 24 bus just outside the door, that is very good. indeed.
room size, and bed size. (I'm 6'3) there was only one chair with a miniscule desk. Further, although the hotel is a no-smoking facility, our room had a distinct odor of stale tobacco-cigarettes over it

Timings for breakfast dont suit. Consider half 9 or 10am as closing time. bedroom very cramped, if traveling with a full size suitcase it has to sit in the middle of the floor blocking the door. Curtain ties and other small decor was either missing or fallen off walls. Furniture was very dated as was t.v. Hairdryer did not work and only saved by bringing own. No spare key, having to leave our key at reception isnt ideal as we have to wait for someone to be present to return key. No double glazing windows and being on a busy road this kept us up a couple of hours.
