    "Overall it was enjoyable bar the noise from the trains and planes." (108640231)

    The cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff.

    The noise from the close proximity to the Docklands Light Railway, whose trains stopped running on Friday evening after midnight and commenced again on Monday morning at about 5am (Engineering works on the Saturday and Sunday) and from London City Airport where the noise from the engines for take off could be heard in the room. Perhaps someone could evaluate the sound proofing of the rooms. On the Sunday only 1 of the 3 lifts was working.

    Just what we wanted. Clean and tidy room with bath or shower. Plenty of room for clothes etc. Food was very good.

    Room was too warm and we couldn't turn the heating off.

    Food in Restaurant good value.Fabulous menu options including "special" rates. Clean rooms and staff mostly efficient.

    Electric plug sockets in rooms too low on dresser table as unable to use for laptop/phone charger etc.MOre sockets needed bedside.

    Very welcoming. Good location as quiet but handy for 02 arena. Stayed late in bar very relaxed after great night out. Nice room, Top staff at all times. Very nice breakfast. Would stay there again

    the internet booking was not recognised by the hotel, causing quite some delays at check in.

    I found the staff warm, accomodating, and very helpful. The room was clean with a nice view from the window. I would definitely book to stay at the Premier Inn again.

    Very friendly (even if not always knowledeable) staff. Excellent breakfast. Good connections with Docklands and central London.

    Bad bedside reading lights. Inadequate sitting group without lighting. Bad lighting for workspace. Antiquated bathroom equipment (no mixer in washbasin, no flexible shower nozzle).

    Friendly and efficient staff.

    Lights are a bit dim when you need to read. Near to the DLR, can be a little noisy at night.

    Excellent service from all of the staff. Breakfast was very tasty.

    The room was extremely warm as the air conditioning unit did not blow any cold air out and also the hairdryer was broken, but was dealt with immediately.

    Waited far too long for our meals in the restaurant although the waitress was very good. Asked three times for shower gel at reception which had run out but it never arrived.

    clean, comfortable

    poor breakfast, unoganised breakfast staff definatly dont recommend the breakfast. woken up by room cleaning staff at 0830 on sunday morning when we were due to check out at 12pm that day

    For a venue so close to the o2 arena the price for accomodation was very reasonable and the breakfast lovely. staff prepared to help in anyway we will definatley be coming back. Peace and quiet. perfect positioning so close to tube station.

    I could not contact the hotel direct to get info regarding how to get to the hotel and the internet staff although very helpful did not know the area so I took pot luck and it worked out great but had I known before where you were I would not have hesitated in booking and I think it's possible you may have lost customers before because of this which is a shame.

    Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasurable.Big hotel and great services.

    Hotel room was extreamely hot and stuffy even with air con in the room.Bad night sleep for all of the family due to this but i'm sure it is not normally like this.

    Rooms excellent, very decent and clean. Bar and food was brillant. Loved the all you can eat breakfast buffect. Also it's a great location!

    Stupid childish guests running about like morons until 4 in the morning!

    Very good friendly service. Room/bathroom very good and clean. Very confortable bed.Enjoyed my short stay and would stay again

    Two lifts out of three not working. Television not working correctly, weak signal indicated so unable to watch any program or listen to radio. Only tea in the room, no coffee

    I was very impressed with the room facilities - internet etc. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was really nice. The room was also very quiet in that you couldn't hear other guests.

    Only one point that the air-conditioning was a bit rattly, but not enough to ruin your nights sleep.

    "The hotel summary when I booked said close to O2 arena. Taxi (as above)was eighteen pounds. If I was attending the excel centre I would stay at this hotel again but not for any other London event." (97269724)

    Good size rooms, pleasant decor, good security, pleasant staff, nice pub next door.

    Hotel has a working relationship with a local taxi firm. Liverpool street station - eight minute drive - 22 pounds. I'd consider that excessive.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and it was nice to see the chef come out and talk to the customers. Room was very clean.

    Hotel was clean and we were able to check in early. A member of staff was very accommodating when we asked to have the grand prix on the TV in the bar. Breakfast was good.

    There was only one person serving behind the bar who was serving another customer with a large coffee order. We had to wait at least 15 minutes to get served. Several staff walked by whilst we waited but nobody called for assistance. We then found out that what we wanted from the menu (pizza) was not available.

    The room was dirt and bathroom was not clean i complained to main reception and nothing was done about it. Totally ridiculous and will be seeking to claim compensation.
