    lovely food, great staff, very well mannered and pleasant, very central....two thumbs up.

    hall ways were a little chilly but hey lets not get pedantic...it made the arrival to the room more of a welcome.

    "In general, I would recommand this hotel, the bedroom was great and we did get some good night sleep. If you can eat out, why not, the meal deal for £20 (evening meal with 2 courses+drink and a breakfast) is realy good value if you experienced good meal, but the worse could happen. I hope some training will be given to the staff in the kitchen and front of house. " (108906144)

    the bedroom is great. the bed was very comfortable. bathroom clean and modern.

    The system of the meal deal should be updated. I bought a mealdeal for an evening meal and the next day's breakfast for 2 people. When we got to the restaurant for the evening meal, it was fine as we had the vouchers, but the next morning, I had only my credit card receipt to show as proof of my mealdeal, I suggest that clients should get 2 vouchers one for the evening meal and one for the breakfast that way, the client have the necessary paperwork and the staff would have to keep on checking the bookings system. we had dinner twice in the restaurant, the first time, we had a great customer service and excellent food. The second time, we experienced a whole different thing: warmish soup (not hot!), same with the main's vegetables. We had to wait to order, the mains arrived before the starters were cleared... I asked if it was a different chef, I was told "no". They did served up the soup again and it was hot!

    Bed as comfortable as ever!

    Sad to find that there were no food/beverages available as the 16 weeks refurb lasted for about 8 months! The fact that we, as customers, were not updated was poor management by yourselves. The Kellogs 'Battlefield' rations were poor.

    The staff were very helpful and polite (despite the cramped temporary reception area) and we noticed that all staff greeted us when we passed them in corridors. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean and tidy.

    The online booking was easy to do, but whoever was the agent made a mistake about the date which we found out only by good fortune when your reception people rang to tell us the restaurant would be closed during our stay. The room was fine for one night, but would have seemed a bit small for more than about two nights. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes, but no drawers, so a longer stay, with more smaller clothes to store, would have been less easy.

    "The worst Premiur In stay we have had. My parents 71 and 81 were moved 2 hours prior to attending the Royal Garden party and were very up set and tired due to no sleep the previous night. No refund offered." (107434741)

    One nice member of staff

    Paid for 2 nights and only slept for one -! told staff who said move or put up with it, moved and toilet blocked - moved again! Paid for breakfast via internet found no restaurant! no emailsadvising us of this told that we should nt have been able to book breakfast but we did - Got no refund for "garenteed good nights sleep which did nt happen - people in next room had young children shoutin gtill after 1pm - told by staff no children in the room.. there was! they did nt believe us!!!

    Hotel was in renovations and this was not made known till cheque. Therefore no restaurant / breakfast was available. No free internet which I have had in other Premier Inns previoulsly. Very expensive for what I got. I paid 99 pounds and I would only value the room at 60 pounds per night. I will not stay there again and feel ripped off.

    was not aware of the closure in the hotel of the resturant and bar.on checking the email on my return there was a very small print that said about the closure..it needed to be more prominent.as i wouldnt of booked if known.

    directions from tube station - should say the closest tube station was earls court - we walked in the rain from Gloucester rd. pretty easy really - say which is the closest tube station!!

    Understandably, owing to keeping costs down, lack of "out of hours" service - Missed being able to relax with a "wind down" refreshment on returning to hotel after dinner with my business associate before retiring.

Initially tried to charge me £80 more than when I booked, but this was sorted out without argument when I produced the booking confirmation, although it took them a while to do it.     "Earl's court area is great. Its cosmopolitan, it's lifely, with many resturant, shops, and cafes. Yet It's away from the tourists fuss. When you stay there you feel you are a local. It has big underground station that would take you anywhere easily, night buses are avaliable, and the prices for accomidation and food are moderate. That what made me chose this area as I stayed there before. I chose London Kensington Premier Travel Inn because it was a known hotel chain and the price was moderate by London standareds of course. The hotel is 4 or 5 minutes away of Earl's Court Rd and underground station which has direct access to Hethrow plus it has elevators which are really handy should you decide to take the underground from or to Hethrow Airport and save a huge sum of money. The Hotel itself is nice and really clean. It has a resturant and a bar and even vending machines. The staff especially Housekeepers are really friendly smiling and greating you whenever they see you. The room was comfortable and I have absolutely nothing to complain about regarding my room. I would definitely go back if I had the cance." (3304805111)

    The Hotel was really clean and modern. The room was larger than my expectations for I expected a London standard closet for a room, but the room was really of a good size. The room was always cleaned properly, and staff were professionals.

    Getting to my room was a bit of a headache. You have to go from the front door of the hotel to the elevator, take the elevator to the second floor, step out and cross a bridge to another building, take another elevator to your room. It was like a maze. It also bothered me a little bit that the hotel get its money up front at the check in instead of at check out.

I found the staff at the Reception Desk a bit aloof but they dealt with any enquiry very rapidly (except when I reported no shower gel in the bathroom, nothing was done until 2 days later)."     Very well situated and quiet. Comfortable overall.

    I asked for a twin bedded room expecting 2 single beds and not a double and spare single bed. There was no light by the single bed to read at night or a table to put a clock or a book.

    The room was nice and very clean. Friendly and helpfull staff. The air-condition was great in the London-heat. Only 2-3 minutes walking to the Underground.
