"The room was dirty. There was stains on the chairs, stains on the lampshades and a hole in the wall. There was no fridge in the room either. For a 4 Star hotel I thought this was outragous. We complained to reception, and they offered us another room in a old section of the hotel but it was not what we wanted. The gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as a gesture, but it was little consilation for the 180 euro we paid for one night. I have stayed in some 3 Star hotels that were of better quality than this one. As it was my girlfriends Birthday, and we travelled over 3 hours to get to the hotel from Kildare, we were most dissapoited with the outcome." (97736870)

The staff were very friendly.

The room was dirty. There was stains on the chairs, stains on the lampshades and a hole in the wall. The swimming pool was also not as clean as it should have been. There was a musty smell in the lift and corridors also.

"Overall experience was good. The staff were very nice, in particular at reception, and night-time reception gent on Sat 7th July. Residence bar closed very early. This was disappointing as the bar was full of people. This is an important factor when I choose a hotel." (97427520)
