    "Paris as a whole was excellent however the hotel was a let down" (107543796)

    Good Loccation in a nice area of Paris

    Lift did not work and room was on the 5th Floor. Window did not open due to curtains been broken, bath broken, plug did not fit therefore water would not stay in the bath, reported this however no attention given, In need of re-decoration, More 2 Star

    "The location was fantastic for good access to Cafe's, Restaurants & bars and very close to a Metro station which made it easy to get around the sights. The rooms were clean and tidy and bathroom although small was well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpfull." (97942570)

    "The hotel was comfortable and the staff helpful. A comfortable and spacious room with all the facilities. Well kept and clean. On the left bank and walking distance to metro, The Louvre, the Seine and the Latin quarter. Difficult to imagine a better location" (99699430)

    "The hotel has excelent location, the bedroom is nice. The bathroom is good, but all the lamps are on the ceiling. The price is fare." (3304725685)

    The location of the hotel is excellent, the apartment is well equiped, the bathroom is good. The illumination is good, it is possible to work in the bedroom.

    Cable TV is not available. The wifi system was not on all the time, so I could not use up the voucher, part of the time was wasted trying to connect.

    The hotel was midst renovation and my room was at the centre of the building work. It was noisy, dusty and I moved out of the hotel after 2 days rather than my planned 3 days.

    "The Crystal is a very simple, clean little hotel. There is nothing fancy about it, but there wasn't anything fancy about the price either. The location is great--just off St.Germain makes it quiet but convenient. A small but really nice thing was our room had lots of lights. I have stayed in many a European hotel that barely had enough light to see your socks in the morning. The Crystal had many including bedside lights and a light in the closet." (2817725)

    les prix sont un peu trop élevés; il s'agit plutôt d'un deux étoiles et non d'un trois étoiles comme annoncé.
