    Staff were friendly.

    Quite a rough area and a rough pub underneath the hotel playing fairly loud jukebox music.

    the area of the hotel was very bad. we did not know this till we had arrived. it wasa very run down area and we were warned by locals to take taxi everywhere,not to walk around.

    Room was well equiped, bed was comfortable.

    This hotel is quite old and it can be seen. Especially the bathroom was really old and the shower was so small. Breakfast was ok, but I expected something better.

    Fairly good prices for football trips

    Food during breakfast. More healthy food availeble. Not used to English Breakfast this is not a big issue but the only thing I could put a finger on..:)

    Das Hotel war sehr kalt, aufgrund eines Heizungsproblemes. Erst nach unserer Intervention erhielten wir ein Duvet.

    the accomodtion was great the two guys at the front desk were fantastic really helpful, great sense of humour and good natured. the breakfast was delicious all you could eat an they always asked if you wanted more. The room was well presented clean tidy and all aminities that you need. Clean towels left each day! only 5mins from city centre with great public transport links. overall good stay!

    only thing i could say was that there was no safety deposit box on offer and we had two ipods stolen from the room. we telephoned hotel on the night we returned hme, we were told they would get back to us however we are still waiting for the call.

    The location was great - only a mile to the city centre and about the same to the football stadiums but actual in a very quiet area with plenty of safe parking. The whole hotel was very clean and the rooms were of a great standard as well for the money.

    "el hotel no está tan cerca del centro como pensabamos, y habia un largo camino andando por una autopista de mucho trafico, las habitaciones estan medianamente bien, aunque los colchones estaban vencidos y se notaban los muelles, los baños son muy pequeños y no habia percheros para colgar las toallas ni vasos para beber, en las cabinas de ducha no te podias ni mover de lo estrechas que eran, y el water tenia un dispositivo tipo cisterna que cada vez que tirabas hacia un ruido imposible, en cuanto al desayuno tenias que esperar para que te trajeran las tostadas (solo 2 por persona) y no se podia repetir ya que ni habia pan disponible ni tostadoras, el edificio es una antigua casa victoriana que necesita bastantes reformas, y la relacion entre calidad precio es exagerada (casi 100 € la noche) para unos servicios que no lo valen" (97349688)

    positivo que el lugar era tranquilo y las habitaciones y estancias del hotel estaban limpias, los dueños muy amables y la calefaccion y el agua caliente muy adecuados al inmenso frio que hace en liverpool

    los baños son muy pequeños y antiguos y no hay ni un simple perchero en la habitacion, el agua siempre sale caliente y no se puede beber porque tampoco hay vasos, los colchones eran viejos e incomodos notandose todos los muelles

    "A taxi driver advised us that the hotel was in a dodgy area. We found no problem at all. We came and went as we pleased and would have no hesitation in returning. Our room was a 3 person room with a double bed and a single bed. We were offered, without requesting and gladly accepted a room with 3 single beds. The breakfast was more than adequate and set us up for the day. We will be back." (99099044)

    The hotel was safe and secure. The check in was a breeze and the staff more than helpful. Would stay here again no problem.

    "The proprietor and staff made great efforts to accommodate us as I travelled with my two young sons,they were very helpful and considerate. They were generous with their time and took expense to communicate with us before we travelled from Dublin Ireland and also they took an interest in advising us on getting around Liverpool."     The staff were professional, courteous, polite and very hospitable which was a great bonus as I was with my two young sons and they felt like they were at home. My children said they would go back so would I.
