    l'hôtel se trouve a proximité de nombreux commerces ainsi que des restaurants

    la piscine est fortement dégradée et l'espace autour d'elle est très réduit Ayant un bébé nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un studio de 2 personnes nous pensions avoir au moins une pièce de plus!

    "my short advice is: do not stay in this hotel! I felt furious about the 'good' reviews that I read about it before I go and made me book it. But I am being sincere here, it is in the middle of no where, nothing is around, no restaurant in or around hotel, it is on motor way so no way to even try to walk anywhere near if you do not have a car. The bed is a sofa bed, and will give you a very bad backache. The rooms are hardly clean and above all this, you need to clean it before you go!!!!! The shower was not working properly. There is no replacement to the toilet papers, no new towels and no room service to clean the room. Above all, the reception staff is hardly there! with their lunch and coffee breaks you can hardly find them and when you do, they are unable to give you good advice, not even about transport links to the hotel (which they should at least be aware of!) There is not a single vending machine in the 'hotel'! if you are coming early, DO NOT, as check in is at 5pm!!! otherwise you will stay in the street or wait for the staff to come back at 5! In short, this is a hotel to completely avoid!" (107873959)

    There is absolutely NOTHING good about this hotel. Maybe the fact that they give you free wireless access to the internet is the ONLY good thing about this hotel

    Many bad points! The bed is a sofa bed! hardly comfortable or suitable to sleep on! The hotel is in the middle of NO WHERE! The staff is hardly there! there is NOTHING in the hotel nor near it, no restaurant, no cafe not even a vending machine. The room is too small to be called 'apart' and it has things that you do not necessarily need (such as dishwasher) and lacks things that you need such as toilet tissues and proper soap and a proper bed!

    Bien situé. Facile d'accès.

    Du bruit dans la chambre pendant la nuit. Pas de lit, mais un canapé très inconfortable. L'impossibilité du personnel à résoudre le problème.

    First: cleanliness. Second: all the facilities were brand new. The hotel is located quite far from Antibes so you need a car to move. Otherwise you could use the public means: the bus stop is just 100 m far. Nonetheless, you have the opportunity to enjoy peace and silence, especially when you need them because you feel tired. I appreciate the great overall price/quality ratio.

    Appartement très agréable,fonctionnel, bonne exposition. Le garage en sous sol. La piscine, mais pas encore en service, dommage.

    Pas de restauration sur place. Odeur de tabac dans les couloirs. Porte de communication très bruyante. Les occupants, au-dessus, qui font tomber leur cendre de cigarettes sur la terrasse, la table, c'est vraiment désagréable.....

    Modern, up to date furnishings and equipment. Very comfortable sofa bed.

    The studio was a little cramped, unless the sofa bed was folded away each day, which is not ideal when you come back at the end of a long day.

    "On the whole we had an excellent stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The manager and one of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility is new and needs a few more amenities to finish it off, it has the required space. The appartments should also cater for the family by making some rooms suitable to cater for five people, again the rooms are big enough. The gym was ideal to maintain a little holiday fitness."     Set in a quiet and slightly secluded area, the appartments were ideal for a young family looking to base themselves around the Cannes region. The rooms are suitable and well equiped with air conditioning and a small balcony. The pool was well kept and ideal. Wi-Fi is available. Underground secure parking is ideal to keep the car cool and safe; there is also outdoor parking if you have a roof box on your car.

    Although I am sure this will be addressed, there was no balcony furniture and not enough lounges by the pool. Also, there was not an outside communal area, despite adequate space that could be used. A general Internet computer could be made available for guests without laptop computers.
