    The hotel was cheap and had everything we needed

    Very clean and easy to check in.

    The only thing that let it down was the water suddenly stopped whilst i was having a shower. I had to wait ten minutes before the water started up again!!

    "For a cheap overnight stay it was ideal. Staff were friendly, the room perfectly acceptable. It is definitely no-frills but for £30 you don't expect any. Buses ran from outside the hotel direct to Trafalgar Square in around 15 mins. I wouldn't stay here for a week, but for a night or two no problem." (108559420)

    Excellent value for money. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

    The room was basic - no kettle or mugs/glasses. It was a place to sleep, not to linger.

    room clean, staff friendly

    being in a wheelchair and arriving to find the life out of order was great, they didn't offer us a ground floor room instead, they just carried the chair up, which meant that if i wanted to go out in the evening i would have to cart it up and down with me. Also the website says close to all the attractions, its not. Unless you consider getting to the train station (which is nice and creepy) then getting on the train, going all the way to victoria then on to where you want to go.

    "The room was ok for a budget accomodation despite the check-in delay , but no breakfast and no meals...The bed was slightly spongy for full-bodied and tall people. The duvet though clean would be inadequate if the heating would not work. Thanks for that though....The shower cubicle was good and clean and the bathroom was small. Not recommended for tall people needing a comfy bed and families. Good for Backpackers, and students though." (108150498)

    Peaceful, cosy room with good room service and facilities

    No breakfast on site, tie-up with a local shop Savoy Cafe, I came on Sunday Web booking confirmation informed me the check in time is 1200 hrs onwards but on Sunday the reception does not open until 1500 hrs and we had to wait. Even local European ppl tripped on this thing. We were lucky to have a guest opening the door and we were able to enter like tresspassers on a place where we could be informed of the reception timings on Sunday or had some arrangements. A no. of 8 ppl faced this problem. One had a delayed flight from Italy wonder how they must have felt!!! I was to give an exam next day( for which this information was crucial given my address and my journey time) and wasted 3 hrs which could have been used to settle in and freshen up!!

    clean, great shower, water pressure&temperature excellent. matresses very good,

    room very basic, pillows flat. a full length mirror in the closet would have been helpful. very high mirror in bathroom only. Also, they wanted payment up front for the whole stay. I'm use to paying at the end.

    "Basic small room. Clean. Cheap. Perfect for the purpose of an overnight stay. There was no cup in my room. I didn't ask for one so I don't know if it was an oversight. It looked like you'd need to bring your own soap for the shower (hand dispenser on the sink). Very easy, helpful staff and I even got a parking space. " (108815409)

    clean room and good en suite facilities, very helpful staff.

    Was not aware of the time restictions on reception i.e. reception was only staffed between 3 pm and 10 pm on a weekend with a phone number to contact out of these times. When I rang at 12.00 pm there was no answer making it impossible to drop a bag off outside of the check in times

    Very clean room and spotless en-suite bathroom. Helpful staff. Good transport links to city.

    Main road location and can be noisy. Not an area you would want to walk around at night.

    Although from the outside this hotel looks a little dubious it was a pleasant surprise upon entering. Staff very helpful, room spacious and clean

    Very Clean and well presented through out - good value for money.

    It was a saturday night and the road is busy with emergency sirens 11.30 to 1300. A different room may have been a bit quieter.

    Seguridad, guarda de equipaje

    Muy lejos de los puntos de interés, no colocan shampoo, no tiene cocina ni posibilidad de conseguir aunqe sea agua caliente, las indicaciones para llegar son deficientes, no tiene desayuno.

    "would reccomend this cheap and basic hotel to anyone like us who is going to spend most of the time sight seeing and eating out. bus stops right outside the door and takes you right into the centre of London, could'nt be simpler will use this again." (107354344)

    if you are just wanting somewhere to sleep without any frills then this is ideal we found the hotel clean and the staff very pleasant

    we were on the second floor quite a climb with the suitcases, but staff offered to help, not a big inconveniance.

    Parking offered but poor. Room very small for a twin room. Window in room broken. Cooked breakfast offered on booking form (internet) but none available. No lounge or other facilities. Wireless broadband wouldn't work even with correct passwords.

    "dans l'ensemble l'hotel est correct surtout qualité prix pas cher et il est propre c'est trés important mais le bruit c'est pénible aussi parce que quand on marche toute la journée le soir on veut bien dormir!!! " (107767684)

    l'hotel est a 15 minutes de la gare pour le métro la chambre etait propre,le lit confortable

    beaucoup trop de bruit de la rue (ex: camion poubelle)il faudrait qu'il pense au double vitrage la 1er nuit beaucoup de mal pour dormir!!!

    "its aprox. 20mins walk straight down Wandsworth road from the Vauxhaul Tube entrace/exit .. and the hotel is right next door to a mc donalds which came in handy with having no breakfast. the room is basic and small, but it did me and my friend enough for the 1 night we stayed.. had a small en suite but again, it did for us. dont have any high expectations, if you do, i dont suggest you book the hotel, if you're looking for somewhere cheap to basically put your head down and shower in the morning - then it's perfect. and dont try smoke in the rooms - 8am, the fire alarm was set off as some arse who smoked in there room - each room has a sensitive smoke detector!!!     its good enough for a night or 2.. but i dont think i'd stay for more than that.

    erm.. only bad thing was, in our room, there was only 1 mirror and it was about 6 foot up from the floor, so me being 5 foot, couldnt see in it!!! take your own if you're small!!

    "It was great for an overnight stop where our main focus was a night out with somewhere to put our head down at the end of it. Dont expect luxury but it was good enough for our purpose " (107589370)

    Excellent service and welcome from the receptionist. We parked where we were in danger of a ticket so the receptionist told us a good place to park outside the hotel for free. Good central location

    "It was fine for staying in for one night just to sleep in " (107989060)

    It was good for one night; we were going out and just needed somewhere to get ready and sleep

    there were no mirrors in the hotel except for one tiny mirror in the bathroom which was too high for me to be able to see in and considering I was going to an event and needed to get ready it wasn't easy having to do this entirely without a mirror.

    Great shower - Grohe!

    Window broken in first room we were allocated so it was freezing but they changed us immediately and the next one was fine. No cups in the room or drink facilities.
