    Obligation de fermer les baies vitrées lors de toute absence(conseil de la résidence)logement en rez de jardin. Logement prévu pour 5 personnes : pas assez de chaises ou de vaisselles.

    Your staff was very accomodating.

    No bar!!!! We specifically reserved a room in a hotel with a bar, and your website said you had one, but when we arrived, it was closed. Very dissapointing.

    Well equipped, modern building with good size rooms and bathroom - very clean with good daily maid service. Quiet - very close to restaurants and shops (including good local supermarket!)

    More information about hotel services and car parking on check-in would be useful.

    Taille des appartements

    Propreté Limite( une couche de bébe usagée oubliée sous le lit )pas de terrasse privative dans les 2 pièces cabine, et surtout nous étions en Rez de jardin avec aucune vue sur la mer depuis le studio , alors que j'avais précisément choisi Eze pour la Vue.

    It wasn't anything like it looked on the internet. It is like a highway motel and not a 4 star hotel. We should have stayed there for 3 nights but left after 1 night.

    The room was great with a wonderful view of the Meditterean and a nice balcony to have breakfast overlooking the ocean.

    No bad points, but the washer and dryer were expensive and didn't work well

    The room was nice and well equipted as a furnished apartment. We found the cookware and dishes perfect for a dinner for four. It made for a very special night!

    Pool was closed until May 20th.

    literie très médiocre pour un hôtel 4*, mauvaise insonorisation, manque de porte- habits dans la salle de bain, tissus du canapé glissant et de mauvaise qualité (les coussins tiennent mal en place), le parking payant pour les clients, le wifi payant (hors de prix) alors que dans bon nombre d'hôtel c'est un service gratuit.

    Rapport qualité/prix excellent car prix promo. Sinon: juste. Amabilité de l'accueil, bonne localisation dans le site et par rapport aux commodités de proximité (boulangerie, épicerie). Un très bon niveau d'équipement (lave-vaisselle, grille-tartine). Propreté, notamment de la vaisselle et des sanitaires. C'était parfait. Une modernité agréable.

    Un seul reproche: le choix du canapé-lit pour se faire convivial une fois replié n'offre pas le couchage idéal. Un compromis toujours difficile.

    Apartment location was excellent. Facilities clean and tidy.

    The bed (master room) was very uncomfortable. We would not have wanted to stay for longer as both suffered aching back and neck - the mattress seems to roll together and sink in. We arrived late in the evening. It would have been nice if there was a small bottle of milk and a couple of tea bags as nothing was open for us to buy something! Minor point, but would have made a nice impression.

    We stayed in a room for 4. their were thre of us so there was lots of room. The room was clean and big and the kithcen was just the right size with everything we needed. The bathroom was very clean and big. Our porch had a great view. One of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our trip.

    The busses dont run frequently to Eze and the last one leaves Nice at 7 in the evening so if you dont have a car you are stuck in Eze for the evening.

    Well designed and modern accomodation, clean and of reasonable quality. Great location for a few days. Staff very helpful. Great path walk down to the Sea with stunning views. Local resturants of good quality

    Location has limited public transport links (but very cheap) - so better to have own transport. The prices in Euros very steep - generally upto twice the price of the UK for meals out and drinks.

    la pulizia e il perfetto binomio tra prezzo e adeguatezza della stanza.

    il locale era un po' freddo per la temperatura esterna che c'era e non si poteva regolare l'aria in entrata. (non ho pero' chiesto niente in reception perche' era tutto comunque sopportabile).

    "La chambre n'est pas propre, et le nettoyage aléatoire. De plus l'environnement est bruyant, car dès 8h devant le balcon. On remarque déjà des éléments dégradés alors que la résidence est quasiment neuve. La résidence mérite plutôt un 2* voir un 3* grace à l'espace dans les appartements mais certianement pas 4*."     Le bruit, la propreté. Déco très sommaire. Pas de verre à dent dans la salle de bain. Poubelle de bureau pour la cuisine. Pas de poubelle dans les toillettes. Aller j'arrete la !!! Une derniere remarque indépendante de l'hotel, la route qui passe devant très dangereuse surtout pour les enfants.

    "Upon arrival at the hotel the first thing that hit me was the breathtaking views. Nestled in the mountainside this hotel offers stunning views to the ocean. We were greeted by very cheerful and friendly hotel staff who welcomed us to this stylish and contemporary hotel. Once inside the room the first thing that I noticed was that it was extremely clean and tidy. This is very important to me when I am travelling and I was not dissapointed. Again, the view from our 2 bedroom apartment was superb. The hotel staff were very friendly and and cheerful and were only happy to help when we needed it." (99656160)

    The room was immaculately clean and tidy upon arrival. All mod cons included. The pool was also very clean and tidy as were all other communal areas. The hotel was stylish and offered magnificent views. The staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.

    Incredibly noisy,especially from the buses going to and from Fragonard. It was impossible to use the verandah during the day. We curtailed our stay for this reason

    Everything. I was very pleased with the architectural design and natural surroundings of the physical structure, and with the exceptional quality of the staff in the operation of the hotel.
