    Very clean. Very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the staff in restuarant so pleasant.

    Very comfortable room good value breakfast.

    My wife had to crawl under the table and behind the television to plug in the hairdryer. The bathroom floor drainage was poor.

    "Overall the hotel was worthy of its 4 star status, but the senior staff should compensate their customers for extreme circumstances of inconvenience as described above. Please not I did complete a customer satisfaction card at the timr of checkout highlighting the bad points described above. At the time of writing these comments I am yet to receive an official response. " (97707191)

    Modern & contemporary; good bar & restaurant; original room had new facilities

    The plumbing on the wash basin was detatched and on pulling out the plug water poured over the bathroom floor. This was reported to reception @ 7:30pm. On arriving back in the room at 11:30pm the plumbing had been 'pushed together' and consequently we encountered the same issue as earlier in the evening. This was reported to reception and we were advised to change rooms which we did shortly before midnight. Please bear in mind that we booked the hotel to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary and this matter put a dampener on the day. We were moved from to a room with less facilities than we had originally. I did express this concern to the duty manager who replied that it was not possible to move the facilities of the previous room. Unfortunately, we were not given the option to move to a superior room.

    Although, obviously not wealthy, nor a business client, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable at all times.

    Lovely hotel, even better we got upgraded to a deluxe room which was great. Good location, very friendly staff.

    "I read all the reveiws of this hotel and we were not dissapointed. The hotel staff were welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The superior king room was very comfortable, with all the comforts of home, as it had a sitting area with a wide screen tv and sofa. The room had a fridge which was very handy. The bathroom was quite luxurious and even had a complimentary rubber duck! We did not eat at the hotel, however we had drinks in the bar area, again this was very comfortable." (97793386)

    The hotel offered a warm welcome. Upon arrival we were informed at check in thta we had been upgraded to a superior king room at no extra cost. The room was very comfortable, with all the comforts of home. We will return to this hotel when staying in London.

    I have stayed before so knew the hotel's form. Glad to say standards as high as always - stylish, yet comfy rooms,good servioe.

    "Our room was very nice and modern. We had dinner at the hotel on our first night and the only complaint would be that the portions were a bit small. We got in just before last orders and ordered two main meals as it was late. However they still gave us complimentary starters (whitebait with a very nice sauce).     "Overall the hotel was very nice and the room, plus the room service was great. However the stay was let down a little by some members of staff on the front desk. My partner stood at the front desk for nearly 10min without anyone helping her when she needed a taxi. When she did ask for assistance the was told to Wait a moment while the guy had a chat with somone. When he finnaly did talk to her, he said I could call a cab but you will have to wait about 20min, your better off going out on the main road and getting one yourself To me that was not helpfull service."     The shower- just divine! Very comfortable bed, good level of cleanliness. Quiet but convenient location.

    The view from the window which you can't really do anything about.

    I found the rooms to be very tastefully decorated. I espcially liked the corridors!!! The walk in shower was a nice surprise.

    Easy access from the tude station. A good size room and bathroom. Very well decorated, very modern and clean.

    View was not great, but you can't win them all.

    The contempory style room portrayed a very relaxing feel and the bath room with both bath tub and walk in shower suited both me and my partner. I also extremely appreciated how the helpful the staff was and the welcoming feeling they gave us.

    The pictures on-line for a supreme double bedroom was not exactly what i got, i was excepting a sofa but unfortunately there was not any around. But i can understand pictures can be decieving.
