    Large suite, Sea view, Helpful check-in staff, Sound proof windows, Effective air con, Underground free car parking for guests. Friendly female staff in general

    Consistent muffled banging noise in suite mainly when restaurant was open, Limited availability of light snacks and meals after 2pm,(useful after long car journey) Rather abrubt male attendant in bar. Limited choice of food for children in restaurant and expensive for hotel rating. Lack of toiletries on second day of stay.

    Exellent room standard - wonderful bathroom! Sea front location.

    There was a hotel restaurant (rather pricey) and this was the only one open for some miles due to the time of year (late Dec).

    chambre spacieuse, vue sur mer, calme, très propre et même luxueux. distraction le soir grâce au casino

    aucun ! si tous les hôtels pouvaient être comme celui-là ! ne pas oublier le GPS pour y arriver.

    Le CASINO est agréable et son personnel est charmant.

    L'acceuil de l'hotel est bon mais je pense qui faudrait changer le systeme informatique qui n'est pas adapté ( perte de temps pour le paiement, je plains le personnel qui n'est pas aidé)

    "We liked this hotel which was right on the beach. The family room was a very good size with comfortable beds and, most importantly, it was clean. As a comparison, we stayed in a similar three-star hotel in St Malo. It was more expensive, the beds were poor quality and the rooms felt a bit 'tatty'." (99616341)

    lots of room for the children. clean room. Clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Cot in room. no one else in hotel - or so it seemed!

    Nothing really. Being English, I like a kettle and tea / coffee making in the room. It's the only thing that's better about hotels in England. On the whole, France wins by a mile.

    "The hotel was wonderful. I'm so glad I chose to stay at this one rather than the others I considered. It was right on the beach, near restaurants and shops, yet it was very quiet and relaxing. My husband and I do not gamble, but the casino portion of the hotel did not intrude on our stay except for the smell of cigarette smoke that seemed to permeate the lobby and the bar area. That issue should probably be addressed by the hotel. Otherwise, everything was very clean and in wonderful condition. I must commend the staff on their patience with our extremely limited French, Most did speak English, and they were very helpful when we arrived from Paris, frazzled from a very long wait for a rental car and a much longer than expected drive."     The room was spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Also, the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows.

    "The double bed was at least 2 mts wide and very comfortable. Views over the beach and across to St Nazaire The car park is at the rear of the hotel and difficult to find. The bathroom is liable to flooding due to poorly designed water run-off" (3304987545)

    Bathroom - the shower head was very low down and water was unable to drain from the bath surround, leaving large puddles on the bathroom floor

    Room was very new and clean - fine. Some of the staff were very helpful, all were friendly and correct.

    My female partner missed hygiene bags in the bathroom. That was all of complaints.
