De man die ons hielp was een aardige vent. Voor een overnachting was het helemaal goed. Ik kon ook even internet gebruiken en er was een WIFI Internet verbinding aanwezig die ook nog goed werkte.
Het verkeerslicht aan de overkant maakt een piepend geluid. Door dit geluid weet de voetganger dat die kan oversteken. Dit kwam erg irritant op mij over, maar na een tijdje hoor je het niet meer. De kamer was ook erg gehorig. De WC was voor mij (1.89m) erg klein.

Water did not work properly in one room, 3 & 1/2 flights of steep stairs to get to the rooms did not help, not enough blankets in the single room.

The hotel was easy to find and value for money and comfortable
The room was cold until we asked for the heating to be turned on and breakfast was set too early in the morning - there could be a later time to arrive for breakfast because people on a leisure may not want to get up too early.

Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is really nice, the area is good and the hotel is overall nice.
The rooms are very small and very basically furnished.

Staff were very friendly and room was clean, very basic but adequate for an overnight stay.
Bit disappointed with cooked breakfast, no meat! But that's all.

"Good value for money, staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms although small and not recently decorated are clean and comfortable enough. We stayed in a room on the front the first night which was quite noisy from the traffic but the room on the back for the rest of the stay was much quieter. " (107233622)

I found workmans boots, t-shirt and jeans in the wardrobe. The shower curtain was DISGUSTING! God knows when it was last changed... maybe about 5 years ago?? The fan was pointless... you need air con! It was excessively dusty! Overall... disgusting quality

dirty toilet, couldnt fit in the toilet and both of us arent over weight had to walk in backwards. Smelt Damp, no secure door. Booked into hotel and were taken down road to a different one completely which was grubby, breakfast was in another hotel and we decided not to even have it. No one was at hotel to book us in, no one answered phones after ringing half the morning. Couldnt wait to get out of there

"For the lecation and ease of check in it was good. Concidering the poor room fascility and disturbance it was poor. I contemplated canceling the room and finding another, but i was there on a weekend break which also involved some work hence i could not spend time looking for another hotel." (108038054)

I was expecting to be in Royal guest house 2 but ended up in another building. Room was TOO small for any comfort. TOO noisy i hardly had a sleep or my wife. All night some door or window outside the room kept on banging.

Staff were very friendly.
Room was not at the address booked, though it was only a short walk away, then next door to where we were directed. Hotel smelt somewhat damp and old, overall, as did the bathroom. None of the hotels we visited during the check-in process were accessible, not that there was any claim that they were.

Es gab egg, beans (relativ kalt :() und toast zum Morgenessen.
nicht sauber, Dusche kaputt, sehr schimmliger Duschvorhang, Möbel kaputt, sehr enges Badezimmer, im Flur hat es durch den Feuermelder hereingeregnet, zu wenig Tische für alle Gäste beim Morgenessen (wir mussten auf dem Sofa warten bis einige fertig waren), es war einfach zimlich schmuddelig

"This was THE worst accomadation that i have ever stayed in. The breaktfast consisted of toast, hard fried egg and beans served straight from the tin & the butter tasted sour. It was so bad that we decided to eat breakfast out the following morning. When we checked in we were asked to pay CASH, we insisted paying by card. "as this was a hotel in london i was under no illusions as the price we paid was quite reasonable. As you say you pay for what you get and we didn't pay a lot Only count it as an en-suite washbasin and toilet, though. The shower runs cold and completely stops halfway through. My worst experience was the shower it was the worst shower i have taken in my life. Would be OK as one night stay if you are on tight budget. Staff friendly, but breakfast was rather chaotic if all guests turn up at once. We would recommend the hotel to others as long as they were aware of above." (97188075)

"My friends and I were loking for an overnight stay whilst we were seeing a band at shepherds bush empire. We expected, due to the low price (£73 for the 3x of us!) for it to be a bit dingy. What a surprise! It was spotless, free parking on the streets just behind the house all weekend. we expected just cereals but had cereasl and was offered toast with beans and egg!! Absolutely fab value for money - intend to revisit with our friends!" (97774808)
Free parking in nearby streets at weekend. Fantastic value for money, hotel was spotless, would definately use again when visiting Shepherds Bush Empire - took about 5 mins to walk to it (and rollback!)

Central location to both tube station and Apollo theatre.
The Breakfast was very poor. It was displayed as a continental breakfast, however we had one choice of cereal. Only one of our party was asked what she would like to eat, which she replied beans on toast. 5 minutes later we all received beans,egg and toast, all of which were stone cold. Rooms in need of decoration and good clean.

"The check in member of staff was unapproachable hardly said a word. When we asked questions he just answered with just a yes or no. Did not explain what he wanted us to do just stuck the registration forms under our nose and said 'fill in'. When we asked for information about how we where able to get back into the hotel when we returned from our night our he just ignored us. Also there was a young woman on the computer and we said hello and she did not even look at us." (97054053)

Eenvoudig, maar goed. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was prima.
Jammmer dat men aangeeft dat de TV werkt maar in werkelijkheid niet. Een van de twee bedden, twijfelaar - 2 persoons, was aan een nieuwe boxspring toe.
