    food nice, nice location, nice room

    poor service on check in and in restaurant. Also restaurant bill contained extra items, although these were removed immediately when highlighted but customers need to check their bills.

    lovely Hotel, Extremely helpful staff. Good standard of cleanliness, efficient service.

    Vegetarian Platter a little small for two in the bar, we were left a little hungry!

    Great location. Fantastic views. Good quality of equipment. Great standard of rooms. Check-in staff very professional and helpful. Room cleaners very polite and friendly.

    The bar and restaurant staff really do need and should visit or experience a true 4 and 5 star hotel and need some serious training if this is to be classed as a premium hotel. Poor service and a very poor attitude from most of the staff we encountered, a real shame as the hotel has such great potential!

    "The Hotel was ideally located for touring the major sites on the North Wales Coast, the Staff were helpful and friendly and the health club was an excellent place to relax after a long day taking in the sites. The service at dinner was very slow although the menu was quite extensive, vegetarians beware given bacon with vegetarian breakfast" (97961869)

    Location - value for money - staff very helpful - bar menu good

    My only complaint is the TV remote controls were extremely difficult to use, in fact they would not work at a distance????

    Everything was good and well thought out with obvious attention to detail and quality.

    The hotel was ever so calm and friendly ,they also were supporting local produce.

    "The main attraction of the hotel is its setting - excellent views and close to Llandudno and Snowdonia. The staff were excellent, also. We stayed in a suite which we were a bit disappointed with in the end given what we paid. Huge lounge but poorly designed bedroom and basic bathroom." (97324181)

    Absolutely perfect setting. Beautiful views. The staff and especially John (the concierge?) were excellent - very friendly and John gave us a great tip about a route to take down to Snowdon... turned out to be a perfect day, thanks to the tip.

    When we booked online, we didn't realise that we had to go outside to get to our room - one morning there was a bit of rain so it was a mad rush. Bedroom was poorly designed - the bed and bedside tables were too big for the room and we couldn't open the wardrobe doors properly. Irritating! For a suite, the bathroom was basic - lots of room but sparse.

    Bar had too few comfortable seats, instead having to sit at a table, okay if you were eating but not for relaxing.

    "Lovely accommodation, great views. Everything worked and assistance on hand for information required. Bed very comfortable, lovely bathroom - a high quality stay. Very polite staff.     the room was lovely and clean and roomy everything seemed new.

    The overall accomodation and hotel was excellent, clean well presented rooms with a real feeling of comfort maikng the stay relaxing.

    "Have filled out the facilities section as this is necessary to complete the questionaire. However we did not have time to use any of the hotel facilities. There should be an option to state this in the question." (97600047)

    Very comfortable rooms. Excellent quality towels, toiletries etc. Lovely views from the restaurant.

    Restaurant does not open until 7.30 a.m. Sat. morning. Had to leave hotel before that time in order to catch the 9.00 a.m. ferry from Hollyhead to Dublin.

    I loved the suite, it had enough space and the view was beautiful

    The bath - which was fabulous - had a plunger which didn't work fully and made a noise, this didn't help me relax!

    The bed was big and comfortable, probably the most comfortable nights sleep i've ever had. The spa area and pool were lovely and as we stayed during winter, quite empty, so it was like having the spa to ourselves!

    There wasn't much to dislike, other than the weather! But then it was November so we didn't expect any different!

    "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, however I did feel it was a bit quiet at night time and there was very little entertainment in the hotel or surrounding area. We did quite a bit of sight seeing during the day and we would have liked to have somewhere a little more lively to go in the evening." (97132020)

    We liked just about everything. The hotel is new so very clean and modern. We ate bar food on both nights we stayed which was very good and breakfast which was included in price was delicious.

    It was very quite at night, maybe this was due to the time of year we stayed

    Fantastic facilities with lovely spa area. Rooms were of excellent standard and everything that you needed. The hotel is located next to a marina with a lovely view and in close proximity to lots of sights and activities. Food in the lounge bar was lovely.

    I thought generally the standard of the accommadation was was quite high. The view over the marina would have been better from a first floor room.

    It was not explained about the internet facility and the keyboard requirement I did not require the facility urgently so I did not pursue it.

    The views of Conwy Castle and the Estuary from the restaurant and terrace are splendid.

    The staff were very pleasant but the service was slow for drinks and food.
