    Dirty room, fingerprints all over walls. Broken toilet that flooded the room, carpet was soaked no alternative room offered. Noisy. Inadequate glazing on the windows. Bed pushed into a corner measuring 6 ft, I am 6 ft 3in, therefore very cramped. Poor breakfast.

    All the things were very good and we want to thank you for all your serv.

    The staff in the rec were a bit lost when i came to check in when i told them my mother was there all ready thay had no idea so i had to call her and ask HER what room nr we had. but that was the only thing and every one can have a off day. Over all VERY GOOD // Thank you we had a great stay

    "I chose the hotel because of its proximity to where I was doing business, and also for its good value. I wasn't disappointed as the staff was cordial, the room clean, tidy and warm. THe only bad points are a very noisy flush system which definitely needs fixing, and very poor acoustic insulation from the above floor. Otherwise, I recommend it." (107839857)

    Warm, fairly clean, en-suite shower room, decent breakfast and good value.

    Room in the basement, very noisy toilet and noisy neighbour guests.

    The guests in the hotel was extremely noisy, I could not sleep due to the noise. I felt that staff should have done something about the noise. I will never stay in the hotel again due to that.

    Staff is good. The internet was avalilable in reception. In the rooms you will have not strong enough wi-fi signal.

    45 minutes from center of London, but with the price you pay and the fine transport services (as tube and buses) you will not have problems. Be worth!!!

    Staff generally welcoming and helpfull.

    Room was quite cramped, but to be fair, it did serve its purpose. Some of the decoration was a little dated. Hotel could do with a spruce up.

    OMG can't think of any other than the price.

    Room smelled and was dirty Reception staff had our booking as a single room so it took ages for them to resolve it. We ended up staying in an anex flat. have to say the room was very poor. The bed was very old and duvet was not clean. Was that unimpressed didn't stay for breakfast. had I seen the room before paying I would have rejected it. But at 9pm to late to change hotels. Won't be staying there again EVER

    "Happy with the stay, wouldn't want to be here for a week or more but for 1-2 nights on a budget it is fine. Good location and free parking. It is clean which often isn't the case at cheap hotels. " (107770117)

    Not too bad for the price is clean and comfortable but the hotel looks dated and run down. However any minor issues are outweighed by location and the free onsite parking.

    using the shower caused a minor flood in the kitchen downstairs and the handyman wanted to barge in to fix it while I was still in the shower! Staff aren't overly friendly but then if I'm not paying much I guess they aren't getting paid much either!

    "For the price, we got what we paid for, and if I absolutely needed a spot by the airport again, I might consider it, but don't know if I'd recommend it especially if there was something else comparable near by." (107513155)

    Check-in and check-out were quick and simple. Continental breakfast was decent.

    Shower flooded bathroom, and bed was a bit uncomfortable, springs sticking out. I paid a low internet price, and we were sent to the "basement" rooms which are not the easiest to manage with a bunch of suitcases. I assume that an older couple would get a room on the same floor, or get assistance with all of their bags because there were only stairs, and no assistance was offered to us.

    super staff could not be more helpful.i had to leave very early but they still ensured that i was able to have a breakfast.very welcoming

    a very minor point the signal reception for the tv was blurry

    Where do I start! Our shower was broken on arrival, we reported it straight away and we were promised it would be fixed in the morning. They said they could not offer us another room as they were fully booked. The shower was not fixed in the morning so we reported it again and asked to speak with the manager. They refused to contact the manager for me saying his phone was off for all of our 2 night stay and they made no effort at fixing the shower. The hotel room was very very small and the bed wasn't even a full double. On our 2nd night stayin there we were woken up by a reception to be told someone was tryin to get hold of us. My fiance went down to the reception to see 2 females claddy dressed, definetly not anything to do with us. I didn't expect 5 star as it is cheap accomodation but t wasn't even worth what we paid. We left at 0730 because we could not wait to get out of there. They did however agree to give us one night refund as we were that dissapointed.

    Cheap. The cleaners were very friendly, the main staff pretty inattentive.

    The room and most of the hotel stinks of stale cigarettes. Although they say there's WiFi 'throughout the entire hotel', when we arrived we were told it was in the main reception area only. Continental breakfast is cereal and toast. Parking is first-come, first-served. The area is horrible, but I guess that's not their fault.

    we had to change from where i origannly booked to wembely central which was further away from twickenham than we wanted, the room was ok but not up to scratch in my eyes since i work in a hotel

    A warm welcome on a bitter winters day. Excellent parking facilities at hotel, ideal when we wanted to get into somewhere warm quickly!

    Relatively easy to find.Some free off-road parking available directly outside hotel.Friendly staff.

    We had to check out before kitchen staff arrived so could not have breakfast, even though we asked if something could just be left out for us.

    Value for money

    Parking was full. I had parked on the pavement which was very wide, and informed the reception. They said it was OK. The next morning, I got a parking ticket. This is a frequent occurrence. I am surprised the reception did not bother to warn me inspite of knowing the problem.

    Comfortable beds, room clean, nice clean shower room, friendly staff at breakfast.

    No communication when checking in. Booking in form was just put in front of me and taken away while I was still filling out. Wasn't told which part of form to fill out. Room was very hot and there was no way of turning radiator down.

    well priced

    total missunderstanding of hotel and uk laws on smoking and it took staff 10 mins to realize designated smoking rooms are allowed

    Very cheap, with free on site parking and in easy walking distance to Feltham Train station, so it made London accessible for a very cheap price. The bathroom was surprisingly good with excellent water temp and pressure.

    No real bad points as such. Yes it was small and basic, but the bed and bathroom were fine, what more do you need!
