    this hotel is noted as pet friendly in some booking sites (booking.com or hotels.com). pet friendly ya if your a guide dog as I was informed by reception. I had to leave my dog at home and collect him from Cork the following day.

    "Would certainly have to think whether or not I stay in this hotel again as I did not get the room that I booked and paid for. " (108044347)

    Hotel & room were clean. The bedroom was a reasonable size.

    I booked a Double bedded room with a single bed as the third bed. But I actually got a twin room with a sofa bed so wasn't very happy at all about that as I do not sleep very well in a single bed.

    "We were attending a Neil Diamond concert in Croke Park and due to the unavailibility of accomodation in Dublin City we found the hotel an ideal stop over for the concert. Travelling from Belfast the hotel was easy accessible from the M1. On the night of the concert your courtsey bus took us to the airport were we boarded an airport coach to a convenient stop near Croke park. A ten minute walk and we were there. We retraced the same route on the return journey. No stress, no incovenience and a nice place to lay our heads at the end of an enjoyable evening." (99270687)

    "As I had requested breakfast at time of booking, I had assumed from my conversation on telephone that this was included in price of 109 euros for double room. However, on arrival it was indicated that breakfast was not included and would cost 18 euros each. The duty manager then upgraded our room to business class with breakfast for a total of 129 euros."     Location of hotel was ideal for our overnight stay.

    The staff were more than helpful and courteous - we were all very impressed .

    The step up into the courtesy bus was out of action making it very difficult for one of our party to board the bus .

    "We booked this hotel for a friend's hen weekend in Dublin for St Patrick's weekend. When we got to the airport there was was a stand for hotel shuttle buses which was easy to see and we didn't need to wait long for the hotel minibus to turn up. We arrived quite early in the morning and as our room wasn't available until 2pm we left our bags and headed to the city centre, using the shuttle bus to get to the airport and getting a bus from there. Although when we booked the hotel online it said no breakfast was included, when we turned up to check in they said we had a special offer and that we had a continental breakfast included - which was a nice surprise! The room was fairly pleasant but strongly smelt of smoke so we left the windows open a while. The bathroom and beds were also nice. Although the hotel is in the vicinity of the airport, you don't hear any planes but we were woken up the radiator gurgling in the middle of the night. The quality of the continental breakfast was very good but we wouldn't have gone for it had it not been included as the prices looked very expensive (nearly 20 Euros for full English!) The only other issue we had was we would have liked a bit more advice on late night transport back to the hotel from the city centre as we had no idea how difficult it would be to get a taxi back on St Patrick's day or what buses were running. Also, when I rang the hotel a few weeks before our visit to check my reservation, they said the twin room we booked might not be available but I rang priceline and they kindly checked for us that it was. Would definitely use this site again." (99005518)

    spacious room, close to the airport and airport shuttle available.

    i booked a room for three, and there were only 2 towels available.

    "There was seven of us in a group, it was one of the groups birthday that day , so we decided we would all go to dinner . everyone in our group ordered steak ,Iwas only one to order a starter and steak for main course , I waited and waited on my soup thinking they will bring that before the main course , Was not to be ,the waiter arrived with everyones main course except mine , he had my soup i then asked him could he bring down my main course he said ok ,three times i had to follow him and then he comes down and said it would be seven mins ,after seven minutes there was still no sign of my dinner so so i followed him again ,i had sat there looking at everyone eating for over a half a hour , he comes back and said i have to be honest your steak is not even on yet , i told him forget it i did not want it after all this time ,hotel was great but if you want to have dinner i would go some where else" (99079991)

    "The room was very clean. The shower did have a peculiar spray pattern that could not be changed, but we managed. The staff was very accomodating. Before arriving, I called to add an additional night stay, and was given excellent service in doing so." (3305428231)

    Being very close to the airport, I was quite surprised there was little to no airport noise.

    The futon bed. It was too low and the mattress was not very comfortable. My back hurt in the morning. There was no sheet or light blanket available, only the too warm featherbed.

    "Once we arrived at 4:00 pm we had to wait for over an hour for the executive room that we had reserved online. The attendants at the front desk seemed quite disorganized from our view in the lobby and we felt it necessary to check with them several times to make sure we hadn't been forgotten. When we were finally assigned a room, the room keycard was not functioning and we had to return to the lobby to correct this problem. The following day when we returned from sightseeing our key had to be reprogrammed again - another 1/2 hour wait for service." (3304594322)

    It was conveniently located to the airport and the shuttle was extremely efficient.

    Was not impressed by the front desk service.

    Food was acceptable. Very friendly and helpfull staff

    No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Background music via T.V. was an extra.
