    Hotel is very modern.Room was excellent.

    Overall, a very pleasant experience

    My only disappointment was that the leisure club area was smaller than expected for a hotel of this size and build history, and that there was no swimming pool. The only improvement I would suggest would be a larger leisure area with pool to be considered.

    Good location, good service, We liked the facilities availabel in the room; i.e. internet, television, room bar, iron board and room service was excellent, good quality and tasty food.

    Sky channells could be added to room television services.

    Very clean and spacious room, good facilities, air con in room was great, nice firm bed. Enjoyed the spa being open late. Ordered sandwiches which were very good.

    Slow check in and only one other guest being served before us, did not acknowledge we were there for some time. Not the hotel's fault but people let their doors slam shut and was very noisy, did not appreciate this at 06:30.

    Clean and big spacious rooms.

    Nothing to complain about only that choice of bathroom accessories-sink and tap compromise practicality- also too high water pressure.

    breakfast buffet very cool probably prepared for a coach party breakfasting at least one hour earlier than us ! Also the laying up of a table for in excess of 20 for luncheon at 0845 right next to my table

    "We just needed overnight accommodation following a family party. The accommodation was excellent, although we did not have chance to sample the food, so can not comment on the quality of this. We return to Wrexham frequently to visit family. Wrexham (town) does not have an extensive choice of hotels. It is now very well served by this high standard hotel, which we have not stayed at before. We were very pleasantly surprised. Other hotels in this area do not compare favourably. We would always make the Ramada Plaza our first choice in the future." (99454211)

    "Excellent hotel for my purposes - short taxi journey from station, appears new, rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. The gym was very small (1 treadmill, 1 bike, multi-gym fixed weight machine) but there was no one else using it when I was (early morning, normally busy time for gyms) and the equipment was all in good working order."     The hotel was clean. The room was spacious and well appointed - quite comfortable.

    The rooms we were allocated were directly adjacent to the plant room. There was a LOT of noise constantly, which made sleeping difficult.

    "The overall hotel is very good but haveing only been open 10 months I would have very disapointed to see otherwise, On the net it boast of a state of the Gym which constituted of 1 weight machine, 1 treadmill and 1 bike, The staff where very helpfull with anything asked of them." (99220304)

    The large size of the room. The food was excellent.

    Internet connection via the television was very slow and did not seem to work properly. I wish I had brought me laptop!

    "We have stayed in many hotels over the years and this hotel has topped the list. There is not one negative thing can be said. We are glad that we have a good reason for going back to stay there in the near future.The accommodation,and the food in the Restaurant were excellent and good value for money, we considered everything was reasonably affordable. We did not have time however to visit the Spa,Sauna or Gym but will hopefully make use of them next time we stay." (3305237364)

    We particularly loved the decor of the room,the cleanliness and freshness of the room and ensuite was very impressive.

    "I was overwhelmed at the quality and cleanliness of the accomodation. We were made to feel important by all staff who really took an interest in our conversations. It was a real treat and we couldn't believe just how quiet the hotel was during the night. We slept soundly and in comfort." (3304998689)

    Everything was bright and clean. Instructions were very easy to follow.

    It took ages just to run a small bath! Didn't like that
