    Buena atención en general por parte del personal.

    Le falta un poco de mantenimiento al área del baño, existen incrustaciones de sarro en regadera y lavabo.

    hotel bien placé et l'intérieur de la chambre avait été refait. La propreté de la chambre était correcte.

    Quelques petits choses non optimales : chambre située sous les toits avec une vieille fenetre fermant mal et donc avec des problèmes d'insonorisation

    It was no problem to change the room after the first night. The bathroom was new rebuilt and really good.

    First night we slept in a terrible loud room to the train station. The room we got for the next two days was filled with the bed.

    Rooms with view onto the road and on the higher floors not so noisy but small. close to tube and main attractions, convenient 24h access.

    the walls were shaking every 4mins because the hotel is right on the tube line!! Can't sleep unless you have ear plugs. parking at the next door hotel, cost £30 a day,

    friendly staff, clean room, free internet access, amnenties suitable for business traveller.

    rooms very small - caanot walk around the bed! Also due to underground - very noisy. Bath small - at 5ft 2inches I couldn't lay out and the shower although powerful was not directed into right place. Not a chair or enough room to sit at desk so had to access emails on the bed.

    Clean room, 'high spec', comfy bed, good black out curtains. It's a nice 'micro' hotel and the rooms really are very nice.

    Shower very weak, hardly any TV channels for such a big, fancy TV!!

    Staff on reception were excellent.

    Although the bathroom was clean, the main room had old tissue paper and MacDonalds food wrappers on the floor next to the bed. I asked for a non smoking room, however the room smelt very badly of cigarettes.

    "in all the stay was good, i wasnt impressed with the kidney bean that came up the sink, but as we were checking out it wasnt a major issue for us. the lighting in the room is very dim making getting ready dificult in the evening." (107857839)

    lighting in the room is poor. drainage system for sink in bathroom was poor and we were SICK to see a kidney bean come up when brushing teeth!

    We had a double room which was amzingly small. it was just slightly bigger than the double bed itself!!

    Location, right next to earls court station, plenty of shops nearby, very clean room, quiet hotel.

    No hairdryer.

    Hogart Hotel has an excellent services. The hotel staff very informative and helpfull. And allowed me for late check out and store my lugagge while i'm go arround the city.

    The check in at 14:00 is quite late. and Check out at 12:00. Also breakfast rate is 12 pound, I think its too expensive.

    rooms are small (but that's London). Unable to access the balcony was the major restriction - I would only stay with a balcony, in future.

    I was given a room outwith the main hotel. It was in the basement and I had direct access to the road (without having to travel through the hotel). The room was comfortable and well ordered.

    The TV remote was missing on arrival. The staff were effective and efficient in replacing it (I was very impressed).

    Access to Tube and venue of event

    Breakfast was luke warm. Having left hotel before nine a.m.and been out all day, we arrived back in the room for half an hour when chamber maid arrives to do our room so we had to go out again.

    ALthough small, the accommodation was of extremely high standard, in relation to the room price. Clearly, recently renovated to a high standard, with plasma screen, etc.

    Took an age to check in. Receptionist clearly in need of some training as, what is normally a very simple process, took almost thirty minutes to clear two customers in front of me.
